Room was good. Size small but very typical for Tokyo. Has everything you need. All soap, shampoo, towels ready and plenty. Elevator was super fast. Location is great. Great vaue for price. Right beside a Chinese grocery store. My only complaint is the carpets are dirty and smell of smoke in the room.

Even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was terrible. Also, it's really extremely narrow. The bathroom is so small that you can't move around much.It was the first time in my life that I was in a hotel that was so small. There is absolutely no repeat purchase.

The rooms are nice. Huge soaking bathtub in the room. Service is friendly and professional. I suspect the neighbor hood is a little "sketch" as the kids say. It's been safe, night life is interesting to watch, but seeing girls advertise (what I guess are) "host clubs" everywhere at night was surprising.

Location and service is very good although the rooms are little run down. I am okay with this but I don't recommend if you expect a lot besides location and service.
