This was a cheaper hotel for our trip to Japan and the best thing about it is the staff, they helped us in so many ways even printing out our bullet train tickets. The hotel room we had was just too small for a couple. Nowhere for a suitcase and climbing round each other all the time. I would recommend anyone to pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

Positive points: The hotel is in the cheaper bracket for this area, we paid £68 per night (3 nights), the staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with. There are washing machines and drying facilities. A nice rooftop (smoking) area with decent views. There’s a bar that plays DJ music at night. The shower is powerful. The ladies in reception were happy to print out our QR codes for the bullet train, they really were so helpful and full of respect.Negative. The late check in of 4pm then early 10am checkout is inconvenient and definitely not industry standard. The projector in the room is gimmicky and we couldn’t get it to work in English or even recognise our Netflix account. The rooms are VERY small they would be fine for single occupancy but not adequate for couples. The sink in the bedroom has no temperature control yet it’s the one for washing your face and brushing your teeth. Zero storage and insufficient hanging areas or shelving. No kettle in the room, you have to bring the coffee up in the lift with no lids supplied. The beds and pillows are very firm, but Suz mentioned it to the girls, and they immediately appeared with a mattress topper and 2 extra pillows. Tiny window which adds to the claustrophobic feel of the room. This may seem a bit picky, but the window blind is so poorly fitted that as soon as the sun is up the room is fully lit up, I ended up placing a pillow in the window to keep the room dark. The mirror in the bedroom is a bathroom mirror with buttons that illuminate continuously which I had to cover with cardboard. The ridiculous hand washing sink above the toilet kind of sums up the whole small room experience. Conclusion: The twin bedrooms should be advertised as up market pods, then people would have an expectation of what is waiting for them. We should have paid more and had chosen a better hotel. Note: the hotel was pretty much full the whole time we were there but probably due to the lower costs. The poor girls at reception must be plagued with complaints but not solely due to the size of the rooms but simply because the room is so difficult to “live in” for any period of time more than one night. I think some of the twin rooms should be turned into adult bunkbeds, as the lack of room is so restrictive. I cannot stress enough that the negative points in this review in no way reflect any criticisms on the ladies at reception and I hope they don’t take the negative comments personally as they are only a reflection on the hotel set up and design.I have looked at other reviews and photos, it appears we were given the smallest of the rooms (602), I wish we had asked to move or paid to upgrade. This is the worst value for money hotel we have ever stayed in !

In a high-CP value hotel near Asakusa Station, the triple room has three single beds (two on the ground and one on the ground floor), the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toilet has its own space (there is also an independent sink, which is the only The disadvantage is that the trash can is very small)Facial cleansers, body lotions, and other minor supplies are available in unlimited quantities on the first floor. Board games are also available for loan. The service attitude of the counter staff is very good. There is a convenience store (Lawson) nearby, and there is a bus across the street. The transportation is very convenient. What’s very cute is that there was a paper crane placed when you checked in.The room also has projection equipment and a small refrigerator. You can spread out two suitcases on the floor at the same time. The space is larger than expected. If you go to Asakusa, this is a good choice.
