I visited at the end of August 24.I was a little worried when I heard that room access was controlled at the counter, but I received a separate room key to see if it had changed. You can roam freely 24 hours a day. Cleanliness was good and all basic amenities were provided. I expect this to have changed after the reviews in question. The accommodation is located in Koreatown. The advantage is1. Don Quixote is right across the street. It is large in size and easily accessible.2. It is some distance from Shinjuku's main street, so it is not noisy.3. The soundproofing between accommodations is also at a good level.4. There are several convenience stores within 5 minutes.5. Compared to a typical Japanese business hotel, both the bathroom and the room are very large, about 1.5 to 2 times the size. It is relatively large in size, providing a TV, sofa, and table in addition to the basics such as a room, bathtub, and toilet.

Never go there1. You cannot enter or exit at your own will.* You must call every time you go to the counter.2. The manager kept coming to me saying payment wasn’t made.*In the end, it’s their problem3. No soundproofing4. Cockroaches appear.

As far as I can see from the entrance, it's a love hotel, but when I go to the room, there are no rubber bands, no electric massagers, and no toy boxes, so I think it's a business hotel, not a love hotel. Is this a good deal in Tokyo for 15,000 yen even though there is no welcome and no breakfast? I want you to come to Gunma's countryside B2. Can't compare.Anyway, I wasn't satisfied with the bathroom here either. The shower is bad and the ceiling is falling apart👎I almost regret spending the money.Even though I had made a reservation and came for sightseeing, other business hotels had better facilities and a sense of cleanliness. It's close to Kabukicho, so if you leave immediately, you can go straight to work.

It’s great because it’s right in front of Don Quixote! It's always crowded, but the soundproofing seems to be good. It's bigger than a business hotel, so I had a good stay. The owner was really kind and even brought me an umbrella even though it was raining! Thank you❣️
