Extremely uncomfortable. I used the cafe after checking out and the staff was very arrogant. And they was yelling at even other staff member, so I questioned their sanity. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I will NOT come back again.

Overall good experience. My partner and I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room. The room and also the beds are more spacious compared to most hotel rooms in the city of Tokyo. Carton mineral water instead of plastic bottled water is a good thought.

1) The location is very good. You don’t have to change trains to go to Toyosu, Omotesando, Disneyland or the airport. It’s also easy to go shopping nearby.2) For three people with 2 large and 1 small suitcases, the room will not be crowded.3) The service is very attentive and no cleaning is required, but the cleaning staff will hang new bath towels at the door.4) Check-in and check-out procedures are quick.5) Toiletries are placed at the entrance of the elevator and are provided in a relatively environmentally friendly way, which is very user-friendly.

If not for the location, this place is highly recommended! First of all, the rooms are the same size as other business hotels, but the rooms are well-organized, so they seem much larger and actually have a lot of usable space! I left my luggage and they had already brought it to my room, so it was very convenient. The cafeteria below is open until midnight and has a variety of simple cocktails. The only downside is that the transportation is not very good. You have to go through some trouble to get somewhere. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Tokyo Station and it is also a bit far from the center. You have to walk a bit to get to the convenience store, but other than that, I recommend it! I'm only going to make a fuss about Ginza! If that's your plan, it's really okay!
