This is my first capsule hotel. Because it is a public holiday in Japan, it is a three-day holiday. Hotel prices were too expensive during this period, so I had to flee(?). There is also a luggage storage service and basic amenities. And it was convenient to be assigned the first floor of the capsule. I think the second floor would be very uncomfortable. When checking in, the staff was very kind and explained everything. One towel is provided each day. The next day, tell the front desk your room number and they will give it to you. There is also a separate luggage locker, so you don’t have to worry about theft. It was nice to have a shower room on each floor. It was a good experience in many ways.

Trust my Review Is on the capsules -3rd floor. This a well run capsule hotel business no scams no negatives.Best price in Tokyo !Regarding “Chinese tourists” not all are terrible . I had to tell one kindly please lower the volume. She apologized & lowered her voice however, I’m lucky I’m a woman 🧍‍♀️.Upon entering the building you smell a wonderful aroma and fresh clean smell. When checking in you must remove your sneakers and grab a locker with a key and insert them there. They will provide disposable slippers, toiletries.Phenomenal location, close to Metro Ginza line, walking distance to a lot of hot tourist spots and near the river, near so many restaurants.I prefer to use the corner laundromat.-great capsule beds ( a bit firm ! make sure you grab a complimentary pillow to help) with usb and AC outlet , Fan , light ,nightlight and alarm!-storage space is limited but they have deluxe capsules where you can store the luggage in .-you get a locker large enough on the same floor as your bed to store a carryon and backpack if necessary.Clean facilities: Shower and bathroom Facilities are on the same floor. Are kept clean and always stocked. Hair dryers, great smelling shampoo , conditioner and body wash available. They give you a new towel everyday if requested before 10 pm.However, keep in mind there are guests that are so messy and dirty . Inconsiderate of others . You can’t control that. However staff do place signs up to guide guests on behaviors but many don’t speak English! No speaking in the capsule room or loud video watching . Usually the capsule rooms are quiet and many that stay here are Asian tourists. I like that most are quiet and respectful in comparison to other ethnicities .You can speak loudly on the third floor . Third floor lounge bathroom smells deadly and the lounge trash area should be cleaned 4X a day to keep up with the overflow. Many eat here instead of out & hangout for many hours. Please Vacuum, wiped and trash bins should be sanitized w/Clorox. ( nothing is perfect right?-this place is pretty close to it though!) many tables and comfy couches open 24/7 and WiFi is great for video calling and work! You can get your bed clean for 500 yen or if you stay there long enough you will get a cleaning weekly. You must schedule it .Cleaning is done 10 am-2 pm but I noticed the showers and beds are usually cleaned by 12 pm .This place is usually fully booked far in advance so I suggest you book on Agoda and call the to figure something out if staying for more than a few days. The staff are all wonderful!! I need to show some recognition to the following that have been crucial to my pleasant month long stay!-Marina -amazing manager! Professional, kind, English speaking.-Marinas younger sister - does exceptional well at customer service and cleaning the capsules .-Domingo - always cheerful and is a hardworking helpful gentleman-Ayumi- her laugh and smile brightens up anyone’s day the most cheerful Japanese I’ve ever encountered! 🤩🙏🏼She was very helpful and pleasant .-Ryo- despite not knowing much English he has shown respect and kindness and willingness to help guests with their needs . Google translate helped a lot😌-another guy that cleans I forgot his/her name but he has medium long hair and is always cleaning well and making sure guests are happy.I highly recommend this capsule ! I want to recommend this place to those that are respectful to Japanese culture & rules. AND to those that ARE CLEAN and like clean spaces! To keep this hostel great I must say this isn’t a party hostel ( so no hearing of sex and weird stuff going on) Despite the surprisingly American Hip hop music they play all day. Which I love.! HahaElevators are separated by sex and the key card will only work for your floor and lounge .Which gives me peace of mind!Anyway I love this place and I’m off to a new neighborhood. This was such a wonderful stay and I’m forever grateful for my Asakusa experience!Xoxo much love to the staff you guys rock !🤩Love from Nessa 🇺🇸🇨🇴

Very bad experience….My train was late, so I arrived a little after 10 o'clock and before 10:30, but the front desk refused to let me check in. It was raining heavily outside at 10 degrees Celsius... The front desk was going to kick me out just because I was a little late... Then I begged. It took him a long time to let me in... He kept trying to drive me away and let me leave the hotel I had paid for... and it was pouring rain outside... I had nowhere to go. All the nearby hotels were full. If I hadn't been allowed in in the end... Once inside, I can only sleep on the streets or go to the police station. He has been trying to front desk and has been acting weird. Later, a few people came and got in smoothly. Maybe there was racial discrimination and sexism at the front desk...Moreover, there are unknown hairs on the sheets and pillows in the hotel, which may be because they were not replaced. In addition, you don’t need to swipe your card to enter the room because the door is broken...a huge security risk.I don’t recommend everyone to stay here. There are many options nearby for the same price.

Day1 and I’m going nuts with the constant noises that the china chinese tourists are making. They are loud and as if they are at their own home. Female room. Inconsiderate. Comparing to another capsule hotel that I stayed, this is really bad. The mattress is thin and firm. Location wise is very near to metro station

The capsule room is slightly small. If you only have a bag, that's fine

The rooms and location are good. The constant lying from the female employees at check in are a deterrent. I've checked into this location twice now and both times I was told certain beds weren't available which ended up not being true. Just for me to have to get up in the morning to move to the bed that's been open all night. They say they don't allow requests for beds; Just to tell me that an open bed isn't available because someone who hasn't checked in requested it. Which one is it?? I don't know how they think I'll believe them when they tell me a bed is occupied and it stays empty all night. The morning staff relocates me no problem. Unbelievably shitty service
