Not only did they neglect to check the price, they treated me with an outrageous attitude, and there was no apology.In the end, the response from the blonde-haired woman who blamed us was the worst.I would like a refund.

Little things like the fact that it was a bit difficult to get into the parking lot, that the coffee service was not replenished, and that there were no amenities for men at all.There was a bit of trash in the room, but the bathtub was clean, but the washing area was in disrepair.When I rinsed the area around the shampoo storage area with a shower, I noticed a wriggling insect.A long, slender thing like a bowfler.? ? ? When I tried to flush it here and there, it came out from around the joint between the wall and floor.I think there were 10 of them.The one about 10mm was making a noise.The more I flushed it, the more steam and other things came out, and I couldn't tell if it was insects or not.The floor tiles in the corner of the bathtub are also completely pink and hard to step on.The washroom didn't seem to be cleaned at all.I wonder how much I haven't washed my clothes to allow so many unpleasant insects to grow there.In the past, there were places where the joints in the bathroom were dirty,It was my first time to see insects living there.It was a good experience.Unfortunately, I won't post any photos.My partner was scared, butRefa's hair dryer was a pleasure.

Unexpectedly, this was my first time taking a break. I used a discount because I came to the store by taxi and went home by taxi. When I asked if I could receive a 500 yen discount service when I left the store, I was happy to see that they responded promptly and comfortably.Also, even though it was late at night...he asked on the phone, ``Did you find a taxi to take you home?'' and was concerned about the difficulty of finding a taxi.As expected, when I told him that I was having trouble finding a taxi, he looked for one. I was very impressed with their flexible hospitality, such as answering the phone and letting me wait in my room until the taxi arrived, which was very helpful.Immediately after arriving, we were hit by torrential rain, and it was a bit of a mess. Thank you very much. I would like to stay overnight next time when I go drinking around the station.
