Our room for 2 people is very small, even for Tokyo standards. People are very nice, and location is great. Breakfast is bread and jam, tea and coffee. Nowhere to sit though…

Nice hotel, excellent and helpful staff, great location. The rooms were more sparse than expected (no chairs, limited places to hand clothing or put items), and most were very small (even for a business hotel in Japan). Toast for breakfast, though not worth the upcharge.

Very friendly staff service, rooms according to budget, some are spacious and narrow. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, the showers are strong. Close to Nakamise Street, station.

We had a great time staying here! We stayed here for 7 nights and had an amazing time. The room was fairly large (for Tokyo standards), and we felt that the bed was comfortable and solid. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water and water pressure were great!Location was excellent, with two subway lines nearby, and having the river and Nakamise Dori Street nearby was awesome. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, and you could borrow appliances like kettles and irons. The free breakfast was nice, and the 9th floor lounge was excellent to relax and eat in.We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel in a great location!
