Self-check in the not working properly. No customer service at all - won't respond to calls and messages. WiFi in the room doesn't work properly. The tap in the women's toilet is taped off and the floor creaks. Overall ridiculous for this price. By far the worst accommodation of the 3-week trip to Japan!

guys do NOT book this place. I reserved and paid since July and I JUST got it canceled by them ONE WEEK before my friends and I trip. it turns out they had a FIRE outbreak in May and they have been doing renovations, yet they still allowed people to book. I even had CONVERSATIONS with them and they didn't even care to mention the situation. It was not until I called the website I booked it on that they informed me of this information after I saw the words "canceled" on my booking page. If I hadn't called, I would have never known and would have been stuck with no hotel on our trip. Thankfully we got a refund but it was so difficult and stressful to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere. ( this is 8 days before our trip....)

I made a reservation 3 weeks ago and canceled it the afternoon of the same day. I don't know if it's because they hate Korea or if they are inherently flawed, but please don't go there.

Arrived and went to check in was told that site was closed and had been for two weeks even though they contacted us the day prior to confirm we could leave our baggage in room when we arrived. Old mate on site didn’t care and wasn’t concerned two young children could potentially be on the street. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in all my life. I have tried sending countless messages to the property, I have also tried calling numerous times. I have never once received a response and I have never once been able to get through to someone by phone. On top of the VAT tax of 10%, this property also charges an additional Service Fee of 18%!!!! How can this be. There is no service whatsoever. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!FYI, this place also runs a scam through booking service apps in which they remove the property listing once it receives several bad reviews, then changes the name slightly and relists it. Do not trust these people.

My room had bedbugs. Not sure I really need to say more, but on top of that, they didn't answer my calls or respond to my email about it. Also, when we checked in, the code to the door that they had given us was wrong and when we called they asked us to try the default code, which worked, but then they didn't change it or tell us how to do so. The location is good, but that's surely not enough to make up for bedbugs and bad service.

The room is ok but small. The walls are super thin so we barely slept for 3 days. People come in and out and bang doors and they speak the whole night. It’s SUPER NOISY.The second day there was pee on the floor in the toilet and a strong smell.

Very dirty and stuffy as our bedroom was above a Korean restaurant and the kitchen was even on the same floor. The location is great but I wouldn't recommend it.

I was satisfied with the location and room condition for the price.I can do this because it's cheap. I did it because it's cheap. (Cherry blossom view is good)There was only one shower room, and it was inconvenient because the shower room door did not lock;;It is a unisex floor; ha ha ha . Four people went together and had to watch while one showered in order to shower;I don't think I'll ever use it again. I don't want to travel with an anxious mind.Bathrooms are also shared + 1 on each floor.There is no elevator either. .And it's really pounding,; ..... The bed was comfortable.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from the center of Shinjuku. The room was nice, and spacious for the value of the rooms. The bathrooms were clean and in good condition. The only thing I mention is that the hotel does not have any reception, so make sure to speak well with the managers through the means through which you have contracted before arriving.

We slept in a private room in this hostel.The shower and toilet are shared by all guests but clean, high quality and in excellent condition.Just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku bus and train station.Excellent price for what you get.The check-in is self-service, there is no receptionist, you receive a password in a message and type the appropriate numbers to open the door.Note that there is building A and building B next to each other.I looked for my room for half an hour in the wrong building late at night until I read in the message that I was in building B

Hostel and quite ran down. Not the experience I was expecting. No heater, molds etc. Shared bathroom and no sense of security. I felt unsafe and I am so happy I only spend two days there. Do better because as soon as guest leaves, more comes.

Don't just make a reservation, go to a PC cafe nearby. Not to mention the service, I sent all my passport photos at 8 o'clock that day and waited, but they didn't do anything and didn't even give me a password, so I just wasted 20,000 won. Even when I call the company to complain, they just say it's our mistake and say fuck it. never! No reservations, just ruin this place
