I'm feeling a bit torn about our stay here. I will try to explain the good and the bad.The good: The pricing definitely was on the lower end, without sacrificing too much comfort. The location is walking distance to Akihabara center as well as subway stations. They replaced towels and took trash away daily. We did not hear our neighbors any time during our stay. The bad: Every room seems to be completely different. Their pictures are inconsistent with what we received. Our room had no window with any sort of view (see photo). There was a bright light right outside, which the curtains did not block out decently. The way the door to the bathroom opened would have someone break anankle by potentially falling down a step where the entrance is, especially with the light switch being behind the door. The bedsheets did not look ironed, and the decorative pillows had cases that looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. Also: There is another Le Tour in Akihabara. Double-check which one you book and walk to...

I would definitely recommend overall! I think to enjoy your stay here, you have to temper your expectations - you are not staying in a 5-star hotel, so the amentities and facilities are not five star. However, the rooms are quite spacious, have good capability for storage, and many appliances like rice cookers, microwaves, washing machine/dryer and air conditioning. The beds and towels were clean, and room service did a nice good turning over the room for cleaning. Most importantly, the service we received from the lady working at the reception was impeccable. Although the desk is only staffed at certain times from 3-10pm, she was invaluable in helping our lost luggage get returned to the hotel, and even lent us her Japanese phone so we could speak with people from the airport in a Japanese phone line. Because we reached out to her about our checkout time, we also received online customer support from Alex, a friendly staff member who alerted us to a lost item. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere affordable, clean and conveniently located in Akihabara.

We stayed in a twin room for 2 people, and with two 26-inch luggage in, there was almost no room to walk! The room is clean and tidy, has a microwave, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. The boss was very considerate and gave us cookies as a small gift.It is a hotel with a high value for money and is very close to Iwamotocho Station. I will consider staying there again next time I visit Akihabara!

The room is really spacious, and the staff is very welcoming. The staff can speak Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Cantonese, and English. Hakka. It's really cost-effective to stay in this hotel. And it’s still in Chiyoda Ward.

There were holes in the bath towels and there was no mat for wiping your feet, which was very dissatisfying.

I thought it was okay because it was cheap.Less than expected...No cleaning even after check-in timeIt's small and the walls are thin so you can hear the sounds of the surrounding rooms and people talking.

You can walk from Akihabara station. Convenience store isn't far either. The key collection is unmanned, and you won't know your room number until the afternoon, so you can't leave your luggage in advance. The desk outlet isn't working. The room was clean and the water supply was clean. The person on the phone seemed to be a foreign worker, so I might not expect a flexible response.General reviewIf you can stay at this price, it's perfect. good hotel
