Very kind staff, excellent location in a quiet place, very close and convenient for spending the evenings in shinjuku and shibuya. Close to many metro stations.The rooms are very simple, I would define them as functional, for those who don't want to waste time in the hotel and visit the city. Cleanliness is excellent, as in all of Japan.

I stayed here to tour the Okubo area! First of all, the location is great! You can go anywhere on foot.Although the hotel feels old, it is well maintained and I had no inconveniences during my 3 night stay! Everyone at the front desk was friendly and even lent me an umbrella, which was useful! Above all, it was nice that the room was spacious so I could spread out my suitcase and just stay.

Rooms were dirty with stained carpets and odd rooms where you hit your head on random pillars while sleeping. AC unit is very old and room is musty and smelly, great location and very helpful and friendly staff, helped us get a refund! This should not be priced the way it is in any universe.

This is what I felt as someone who has never traveled a lot or used many hotels. I was satisfied.Advantages: 1. The price is reasonable compared to the location (8 minutes from Shin-Okubo Station, 15 minutes from Shinjuku Station)2. All the staff were friendly (it rained a lot on the last day. I checked out and couldn't leave because of the rain, so they gave me a shrimp mountain)3. Free umbrella rental during hotel stay (placed at the entrance)4. Luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out.5. Warm water comes out well.Ambiguous: 1. Return the key when going out2. Japanese only. English x Korean x But there was no problem communicating with the translatorDisadvantages: 1. The hallway has a building-specific smell.Others: 1. If you take the Yamanote Line from Shin-Okubo, you can get to Enganhan in one go (feels like Seoul Line 2)2.Close to Don Quixote3. However, if you walk a little further from Don Quijote, there is Daikoku Drug Store. Some products are about 100 yen cheaper here than at Donki)3. Close to Shinjuku Station, the departure point of the Enoshima Pass when traveling to Kamakura

The facilities are a bit outdated, but clean and the rooms are spacious.The shower room was the largest and best among all the accommodations I visited in Japan.For the price, I am very satisfiedThe staff was nice and friendly too.

Excellent small, quiet hotel a few minutes' walk from Shinjuku. The room was large for Tokyo. It was very clean and well organized. The style is a little outdated and rudimentary but it is sufficient. The staff was very helpful and kind. Certainly a very good address in Tokyo.
