The hot spring was smooth and slippery.My purpose was to take the train and Okuoikojo Station, but next time I felt like I could just go for the hot springs.The meals consist of a lot of wild vegetables, so it's perfect for those who want a hearty meal. The accommodation was beautiful.

Dinner was really terrible.Both the salt-grilled sweetfish and the pumpkin tempura were undercooked.The runner-up is the foreigner at the waitress, who doesn't understand much Japanese, so I'd like the Japanese receptionist to handle dinner and breakfast.

I stopped by and took a hot spring bath. Even though I stopped by on a whim, they were prepared and let me in.I was told that I could only take an indoor bath because the outdoor temperature was low, but I was told that I could take a bath, so I went in and found that the water was just right for the heat of the rainy season, and the quality of the spring water was smooth and excellent!I was able to experience it at a temperature that I wouldn't normally bathe in.✨

The food has good taste and quantity.The salt-grilled sweetfish and grilled wild boar on a ceramic plate were delicious.The hospitality of all the staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable.It was pouring rain on the day we returned, so we were given a ride to the Sumata Gorge bus stop.The previous reviews posted were quite harsh, but it was a good stay.

They only have conditioner shampoo. A lot of hair in the hot water. It's cold anyway. It's cold in the hallways, rooms, changing rooms, and entrances. I caught a cold.The staff at the hotel were very unfriendly and I had a very unpleasant trip.People who go there should be careful.Please educate your employees. The attitude of older men is especially bad.Even if I passed by someone or said hello, they ignored me.Even if you ask for a towel if you don't have one, it seems like a hassle. I felt sick and couldn't sleep thinking that this old man had also raised and lowered the futon.I want her to look a little more clean.Even during breakfast, someone who I thought was this old man kept knocking and waking me up.Also, the food was the worst ever.I don't understand why people think this is delicious. The beer was lukewarm, the highball had no carbonation, and the hot sake was too lukewarm.There was no explanation of the meal, and the rice was bad. I was surprised when they brought out the crunchy meat. I can't eat it. I almost left it.You'll understand if you go.This is an inn where I can only give negative comments.I don't want to give even one star.

This time I visited with my local old friends.It can't be helped since Sumatakyo Onsen itself is an unexplored area in the first place, but the road to the inn is quite steep. There were many places where cars couldn't pass each other, and it was scary.The inn has a new building (west building) and an old building (east building), and although the old building we stayed in was old, it was well kept and the rooms were very clean.Although the quantity of the food was somewhat lacking, the seasoning was just right, and the other members commented that it was good. However, although the dining room has tables on tatami mats, it was very cold, and by the time I finished eating, my body was completely cold after taking a bath.Most of the breakfast is made with local wild vegetables, which may be a bit unsatisfying, but considering the cost of the accommodation, it's a good deal.The hot springs are said to be ``beauty hot springs,'' and the quality of the hot springs is very good. However, although water is not added, it is heated, circulated and filtered, and it is also disinfected with chlorine, although it is not very strong.

I used it at a day trip hot spring. The autumn leaves around here had almost finished, but the maple leaves in the open-air bath were beautiful. It is a thick, thick hot spring. You can soak in a deep bathtub. Be careful when walking from the indoor bath to the outdoor bath, as the footing can be slippery.
