I stayed for one night with a friend. After arriving, I was told that there was an annex, and I couldn't have breakfast there due to their circumstances. The parking information was difficult to understand and the customer service was sloppy. The only good thing was that there was a Family Mart nearby.

I was able to stay for around 3000 yen per person, but I was not staying in the main building of Face to Face, but was directed to the annex building. Also, is the annex the room used by the person who does the painting-related work (you can hear it loudly from next door)? I was guided to the second floor. There was no lock or wifi in the room, and there were two mattresses that looked like they had been washed for a long time. Also, three men and women were talking loudly in the common space, and it was very noisy. The bathroom looked like a normal house, but there were no towels or anything like that.I guess it can't be helped because of the price, but personally I don't want to go there again considering hygiene and safety.

Prices seem to vary depending on the store. Does it depend on the season? In early August, it was 3,000 yen per person, but some people are saying 2,500 yen. For 2500 yen, it might be a little unsanitary.

This is my first time writing such a bad review.First of all, this is not a hotel. It is an extension of private lodging. The tatami room was still nice, so we were taken to a room (now used as a storage room) belonging to someone who had originally lived in this house. The room is full of dusty personal belongings. (See photo. None of our items are shown in these photos.)Both of us have been sneezing and had runny noses since we entered the room, which I think is dangerous for people with allergies.In addition to the bed with hair, there are two sets of futons between the boards.It was prepared for me, but there were no mats, so I thought I couldn't sleep on it, so I went to borrow a mat, but they told me, ``I'm keeping the price low.'' (I ended up renting it)Even though it was cheap, it wasn't free, and to be honest, even if I got paid, it was a filthy room that I wouldn't want to stay in. The bathroom was also very dirty, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the drainage was poor.For the first time during my trip, I thought, ``I want to go home as soon as possible!'' The room and bathroom were never cleaned. If I had known, I would never have stayed there.The location is close to the station, but the parking lot is in a coin parking lot on the opposite side of the station (about 5 to 10 minutes walk), which is somewhat inconvenient.

The service was not very good.My room was a mess, and I was not treated well, which made me feel very tired.There was a turn to get into the parking lot, so if I didn't get back to the hotel early, I would have to get up early in the morning around 5:30 to move my car, so I was very tired even though it was a long trip. I don't want to use it again.

Instead of a normal room like in the picture, we were taken to a storage room!This is without a doubt the worst room in our hotel.The customer showed us the other rooms as well!The other room was the one shown in the photo for the same price.Don't draw a losing lottery!
