At check-in, we were greeted by many employees who were very polite. The people of Nepal were also very nice. They have a wide variety of amenities, from cleansing products, which I was grateful for since I accidentally forgot my basic cosmetics. Both dinner and breakfast were elaborately prepared, plentiful, and very delicious. The young waitress who served us was friendly and pleasant, and we had a great time. There are two private baths, so it is difficult to find the right time to enter, so you may have to wait a while, but if you wait in the waiting area in front of the baths, you will be able to enter relatively quickly.I was able to enter three times. In addition, the lobby has limited usage hours, but you can drink coffee, Earl Grey, etc. for free, so I think it's a very good service. The room was clean and had a good atmosphere, as it seems to be from a long-established store. It's quiet because it has double sashes. We had a wonderful and relaxing wedding anniversary.thank you very much.I would like to visit you again.

I used it at a day trip hot spring. As others have written, I'm just shocked at the behavior that clearly looks down on day-trippers. When I told the male staff member at the entrance that I was coming for a day trip, he said, ``We're doing it, but it's the weekend and there are a lot of overnight guests, so we'd like you to leave in about an hour.'' Afterwards, I asked if I could spend some time in the lounge, and she said, "Okay, but please leave in two hours, including that time." First of all, the check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the reception for day trip hot springs starts at 14:00. It's a mystery why the time is set like this. When I asked if I could drink beer in the lounge, I was told, "Happy hour is only for hotel guests." I wasn't expecting anything like happy hour, so I said, ``I guess you can just pay the regular price and get a drink,'' and he said, ``Well, in that case.'' To what extent are you fooling your customers? After that, I had a similar conversation with the landlady, who told me that ``lodging is a priority,'' so I suggested, ``In that case, maybe it would be better to skip the day trip to the hot springs.'' Don't they know that day visitors become overnight guests?

I stayed here without having high expectations as the hotel had reservations made two days in advance, but the hot springs were very nice and the customer service from the foreign woman was very natural and gentle. The foreign female staff at meal time was also kind to children and made me feel at ease. thank you very much! It's a little far from Atami's Shinkansen station, but Ajiro Station is nearby, so I was able to take the train to Atami Station and enjoy Atami's shopping district. There was also a drink service in the lobby which was helpful.Ahmad Tea Earl Gray iced tea was delicious. The barley tea after the bath was also delicious.Although it didn't have a luxurious feel, it did have a sense of cleanliness, and the appearance of the hotel from the outside didn't look old and was calm.I think it was good that the hotel was not too big, so it was close to the bathroom.I took a private bath three times. There is no reservation system, you can enter if there is space. There is also a baby bed, so if you have a baby and bathing is difficult, but you still want to soak in a hot spring once in a while, I think the bath will be soothing. However, the temperature of the water was hot.

I chose Taiseikan because I love hot springs. The hot springs from our own source felt so good! There are two types of private hot spring baths on the 5th floor with a great view. There is no need to make a reservation, you can use the hot spring whenever you like, and I was able to enjoy the private hot springs three times with my family.I thought it was very convenient to be able to see the usage status of the private hot springs on the lamp in front of the elevator on each floor!Amenities were also good.I was also happy that barley tea was served in the rest area after leaving the hot springs.I was able to choose a yukata at check-in and move around the building in a yukata.Yukata and children's sizes seemed to be available up to about 130.The children were delighted with the yukata, the spacious hot springs, and the extraordinary experience♪The breakfast tamagoyaki was freshly cooked on a griddle right in front of us and delivered to our table, and it was very delicious.I think the free refill of rice is a service that men will appreciate. It was a very satisfying breakfast for the adults, but for the children it seemed like the ingredients were too mature and they couldn't handle the food with chopsticks. It would have been nice to have juices such as orange juice.I thought it would be nice to have a breakfast buffet style so that everyone could eat what they liked.Overall I'm very satisfied♪I would love to visit you again!thank you very much!

I used it on my Obon trip. Both dinner and breakfast had a lot of variety and were delicious. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath attached to it, and it was the best inn where I was satisfied not only with the room but also with the private bath and large communal bath. The customer service from the employees was excellent and I would like to use them again.
