Good if you just want to sleep!Even with the dehumidifier installed, there's no odor, and there's no mold on the curtains in the bathroom (in fact, they're clean).If you put up with the hallway and EV and don't use the basement, the cost performance will be better.

The fire alarm malfunctioned early in the morning and kept ringing forever, making it impossible for me to sleep.I had no choice but to stay somewhere else.I was later told that they would guarantee the price, but there was no guarantee.The story changed depending on the employee, and even the manager ended up saying things that didn't make sense. This was my first time at a hotel where the employees were not trained to this extent.It's best not to stay overnight because you don't know what will happen if the fire alarm malfunctions and it could be a matter of life or death.

This happened during a consecutive stay. I requested the front desk not to clean the room, but they mistakenly confirmed that it was a date change and they barged in without my permission. I refused to clean the room, so I left my underwear and important documents for work and went out. When I returned to the hotel, I was sure that the cleaning staff had come in, but it was unnaturally clean. If I had known that I was cleaning, I would have put all my important things in my suitcase, but even though the purpose was to clean, I felt very uncomfortable. Honestly, even though I'm a cleaning class member, I'm still a human being, so I don't know when I'll do something wrong. I'm even more suspicious if the room is unsupervised. In addition to my underwear, I also took out important documents and ID cards, so I'm extremely worried about the possibility that they might have been misused, even though it's unlikely. It was a nice place to take a breather after work, but it was ruined. I don't plan on using it anymore.Once again, I would like to ask for improved communication to eliminate conflicts with customers, and cooperation between the front desk and cleaning staff.

The price is low and the accommodation environment is sufficient for a night without meals. Excellent access as the station is very close. Check-in and check-out is at the main building, so it's a bit of a hassle, but considering the price, it's not a problem. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful, kind, polite, and made my stay comfortable.

The reception is located in the main building 100m away, so you have to unlock the building yourself to enter. It's good that the floor of the room is clean because you change into slippers at the entrance of the building, but I'm worried that if there's a fire in an unmanned building, guidance may be delayed.

I made a reservation because I was attracted by the low price, but I was disappointed that the disposable slippers that looked used were left in the separate shoe holder with a lock.There was also a stain on the foot of the desk in the room that looked like a drink had dried on it, something that could be cleaned by wiping it clean.Fortunately, there were some new slippers in the supplies corner on the first floor, so I was able to use them.I disposed of the ones I had used myself.I wonder if this wouldn't have happened if it was the main building.Thank you for your help.

I stayed there knowing that I would check in at the main building. There is a main building between the station and the hotel, so I didn't feel like it was a hassle. The inside of the building is beautiful. The room was simple and the price was reasonably priced.However, the room I stayed in was on the top floor and I could hear the sound of the railway tracks, and the day I stayed there was very cold. Although the air conditioner was on, the room did not get warm. I could hardly sleep.

The price and access from the station are good.It's well kept and perfect for business.Breakfast was included and it was a well-prepared Japanese meal. When I stay in Hamamatsu from now on, I will stay here regularly.

Used for business trips. It's convenient because it's close to the station.It is a system where you check in at a different location and then go to your room.The rooms are simple, clean and have a nice feel.The cost performance is also good, so I recommend it!

This hotel is cheap and provides services commensurate with the price.The room was small and the lights dim. There is a draft in the hallway. The bath and toilet are separate units and are small, reminiscent of a cheap boarding house. Also, we had booked a room for two people, but the clothes, towels, and pillows were placed in a place that was very difficult to see, and we were not given any prior explanation, so we ended up missing them.Amenities are limited to the minimum necessary for washing your face and body, and there are no hairbrushes.

Used in August. The price was probably to save money, but it was still terrible.There is no air conditioning in the hallways, and the laundry room has rusted screws that make it unusable.The room is large, and I assume it was a renovated dormitory, but it is extremely difficult to use.The biggest concern is that there is no one on site to manage it.

Stable and cheap in front of the station. I'm using the annex, but perhaps it's a remodeled apartment building, so I take off my shoes at the entrance and go inside. The room is not small, simple and comfortable. Parking is 1,000 yen per night. This is my regular accommodation in Hamamatsu.

-Must check-in at the different location(Imagine my dismay when I found out that I had to walk all the way to the other location with heavy luggage during heavy rain.)-You have to take off your shoes at the entrance.(While carrying several pieces of luggage. I know the benefit of "no-shoes" in hotel rooms, but this sucked.)-No water boilers in each room. (it's in the common room on the first floor)-cheap dorm-looking rooms with bare minimum furniture.It was aesthetically pleasing.-Outside noise can be loud. (my room was facing the main road, so the honks and tire sounds were slightly noisier than I'd expected)
