I stayed at this inn the other day, and I don't know if it was dust in the room or house dust, but it hurt my nose and throat. I can't believe it because I've never experienced anything like this before. Are you really cleaning?I borrowed an air purifier, but it didn't work at all, and when I went to borrow another one, for some reason they handed me a humidifier, which I didn't understand.I will never come to this inn again.

I stayed in room 301, but the room was dusty and my nose kept running, so I asked for an air purifier. However, it didn't work and I asked the front desk again and they brought a humidifier. The humidifier didn't change anything, and I honestly thought the night shift worker was kidding. I couldn't get through to the night shift staff, so I contacted the front desk the next morning, but they just kept repeating the same thing and only offered me a discount for the private bath. I think it would be much better to camp out in the wild. This is my first time staying at a hotel like this and I don't want to come again. The response was also the worst.

Shuttle service available from Yugawara Station. There is nothing around the hotel, and there is a convenience store within a 10 minute walk. …

Although it was a small hotel, the inside was clean and the employees were kind.

The type that keeps the service as low as possible. There is almost no connection with the host, as they ask you to relax in the hot spring in your room. …

The room is clean and good. There are only two electrical outlets next to the bed. There are a lot of items for dinner that I want, but due to my age, there are three meat dishes.I think it would be better to have one less item and a higher grade of meat!

We stayed at this inn with a group, and since Shiroyama was good last time, we also booked it for July 9th. |A shuttle bus is available to and from Yugawara Station. It's about a 30 minute walk. …

I didn't have much time so I used it for a day trip.It looks like a luxury condominium near the river, and although it's a long way from Yugawara Station, there seems to be a shuttle service available. There were several parking spaces on the premises.Amenities were available in the lobby, and yukatas of various sizes and designs were available in the lobby. There was also a souvenir shop, vending machines, and massage machines in the building. The room was 6 tatami mats, but it was large enough for one person to relax. The room had a toilet, refrigerator, and safe. There were towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, and a hair dryer in the basket for going to the bathhouse. The door is not an automatic hotel lock, so be sure to lock it securely. When you go to the bath, there is a locker with a key to store your valuables in front of the bath entrance, so you don't have to worry. The bath has an indoor bath and an outdoor bath with odorless and transparent hot springs, and it seems that you can also rent it out as a family bath. The washing area is close to the next door, so you'll get splashed with water from your neighbor's shower, so it's probably easier to use it when it's free. The meal was delicious, with a good balance of Japanese and Western food, not too much but not too much. All of the hall staff, including the foreigners, were very calm and polite.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. All the staff members were very welcoming. As for the food, I noticed that they did some very elaborate and careful work at night. I was satisfied with the elegant and gentle flavor of the soup stock. In the morning it's the exact opposite, I'm more concerned with arranging numbers than with content. The soup was a rough dish that only tasted like white soup stock. Moreover, when I opened the seaweed and ate it, it was damp.Closed with my companion. It wasn't at a level that I could chew. In the morning, I generally feel like I'm cutting corners. The room seems to have been recently renovated. Is it an old style of designers or architects? It felt like a small love hotel in the countryside in the 90's and I didn't feel at ease.I think the temperature of the water in the open-air bath could be just 1°C higher.
