I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Disneyland and Sea.Perfect for rooms, location, and price!①The room is clean②The room is large③Everything is available in the room④The shower room is also spacious and clean.⑤Breakfast included⑥Close to Disneyland⑦Convenience store in front⑧ Close to the station⑨Many restaurants around the hotel⑩Low ratesAbove all, the cost performance is the best.If I have a chance, I would like to use it again. The room is narrow but complete inside, there is a washing machine, there is a stove, there is a microwave and a small refrigerator, it is also comfortable, close to Family Mart, to Disneyland around 15-30 because of traffic jams using a taxi directly from the front of the hotel with a fare of 3100 yen or around 350 thousand rupiah

Stayed for 2 nightsThere seemed to be a lot of foreigners staying there, and there were times when everyone at the breakfast venue was foreigners (or so I thought) except for us, but I felt like they all had good manners.The loungewear (pajamas) was made of waffle fabric and had a separate top and bottom, so it was comfortable to wear.Family Mart is across the street from the hotel, so it's very convenient.It's not far from Nishikasai Station, and there are many restaurants around the station, so it was a convenient location.I think it's a great location for people other than those going to Disney, with easy access to Haneda and Narita airports.It was also nice to have a microwave and fully automatic washer/dryer in the room. Perfect for long stays!I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Really impressed with this hotel! The room was equipped with everything we needed and the cleanliness was great. Breakfast was small but adequate to grab something small before starting the day, free coffee available at all times in the lobby was a nice touch too!

Tokyo Nishi-Kasai Lumir Hotel is close to Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Transportation is accessible in all directions. The living functions nearby are good. The room is quite large and clean. There is a washing machine in the room to wash and dry clothes, and there is also a microwave to heat outside food. , comes with free breakfast, and is very close to Tokyo Disneyland. Although the building is a bit old, its accommodation fee is almost the cheapest in Tokyo, and the price-performance ratio is super high!

My family used it.It was close enough to the station that even children could walk, and it was a convenient bus ride to Kasai Rinkai Park.The room also had a drum-type washing machine.Breakfast was just the right amount without being too much.Hot coffee is free 24 hours.

This budget-friendly hotel is perfect for families visiting Tokyo Disneyland. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, offering a great start to each day. The room comes well-equipped with free Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine with a dryer—ideal for a longer stay. We stayed for five days, and the rooms were cleaned daily.One of my favorite highlights? The super comfortable waffle pique pajamas provided by the hotel—though, sadly, I couldn’t take them home!Highly recommended!

The ceiling of the room was moldy and black, and I can't say much about it since breakfast is free, but it's pretty poor.The free coffee machine next to the reception desk wasn't refilled with beans, and when I pointed it out, they responded with trouble (a woman with glasses).

Such a nice, clean and friendly staff hotel. I love the neighborhood with a family mart just 100 meters away and isekayas, ramenya and katsudon joints galore. Really good room cleaning too. The staff were soo nice and free coffee in the reception. Id stay again here. Also right next to Tokyo Disney

It's close to the Disney Resort (train travel requires a lot of transfers and time, so a car is recommended), and the price is quite reasonable.Breakfast is free, parking is available nearby, and the cleaning needs to be done a little better, but considering the cost performance, it's highly recommended!By the way, the elevators are quite crowded, so it's best to move early when checking out.

It's a bit far from the station, and I thought it was far away while dragging my suitcase.There is also a convenience store right next door.The best part is that the hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of complimentary delicious breakfasts and amenities.I still want to use it

Personally, I like it very much. Because there is all the equipment. Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is a little outside the city but can walk to the train station. It is close to the Disney Resort and Disney Sea. There is breakfast. Around the hotel there are many convenience stores and restaurants, very convenient. Yes, it's clean. I recommend it. The washing machine is very quiet and has a built-in dryer. I wash it every other day. Haha.

The room is large enough for 2 people. Although it is not in the center of Tokyo, it is close to the station and bus station. There are countless kombini and delicious restaurants around.The downside is that the breakfast has few and monotonous dishes, but in return the soft-boiled eggs are extremely delicious.I rented a 21m2 room with 3 beds for 2 people for 6 days. The hotel staff promised to move 1 bed but on the check-out day they still couldn't move it 😁 Besides the above disadvantages, the rest was wonderful.
