Accommodation facility mainly used as a wedding venue. The river view from the room was good. There is a map of restaurants in the Numazu shopping district, so you won't have to worry about finding a place to have dinner.

I used a suite the other day. This will be the last use. I have used it once every six months for about seven years. Before the coronavirus, the service was excellent. However, the recent response has been normal, and I had some doubts when I used it the other day.Until just before the coronavirus outbreak, people used to come to the museum in various cars and even remember the model and number of the car during the procedure, but recently they are no longer even asked to use the parking lot. This time, I telephoned in advance to inform them that I would be arriving in a special car, but the only information I received was information about the underground parking lot and the nearby Coin Park.On the day I didn't enter the underground parking lot, I had parked it at the front entrance several times before, so when I asked about it, I was told there was no problem if I left it there, so I left it there.Even though I asked in advance, there was no guidance, and even though I got permission to stop on the day, when I went out, they didn't stop me because it was only for reservations. I was strongly told this by a male staff member that I don't usually see, so I decided not to use the service anymore. If you're at a famous hotel near the north exit, you'll be directed to a parking lot with no steps depending on your car type, so I'll choose that one.I threw away my point card and canceled my membership.

This hotel is used as a venue for Numazu Daiichi Precinct's coming-of-age ceremony (20-year-old gathering) and other ceremonies, and also accommodates guests from overseas. The view of the Kano River is good, and the kaiseki restaurant inside is also recommended. The restaurant and hotel food are both very delicious.

Thank you for your help. I thought the mineral water service was standard, but it wasn't there. There was no vending machine (non-alcoholic) on the same floor. There was a convenience store 600m away.I'm glad I can watch streaming services on a 65-inch TV.I'm looking for a hotel where the bathroom is located as far away from the bed as possible (ideally near the entrance).

Hotel is grand although in need of an upgrade. Staff at reception, Ms Agumo (hopefully a correct spelling) is jovial and speak good English. Hotel room key 🗝️ is still a real key😅! But room is spacious and had a fantastic view of Mt Fuji 🗻!! Breakfast was excellent!

Both times it was my girlfriend's birthday, so I stayed there.I got a little excited and stayed in the DX on the 11th floor. Just sleep in a normal roomThere is no problem at all, but this class is more relaxing. It's easy. It was built in 1997, so it's almost 30 years old, so the details are fine. When I looked at it, I noticed that the inspection port was out of place and that the wallpaper was dirty and damaged. There were no problems. There was a lot of dust near the air conditioner.I don't think it would be difficult to clean it that much every time, but it was quite noticeable, so I thought it would be better to deal with it, even if it was a hassle. The breakfast here was very delicious, especially the curry!Next time I will definitely include breakfast (lol)
