The location is very good. It only a minute walk from the station. The hotel itself is a very old building. The furniture, the air-conditioning and the bathroom is also very old. I booked this hotel because they promised free wifi, however I couldn’t use it at all during my stay on NON of my electric devices. It was hard to make a phone call on mobile phone too! The air is very dry in the room in winter. The television screen is as small as a large laptop. Amenity is not available in the room expect toothbrush and razor.

The people here are very warm and helpful. ||||If you want to have your room cleaned be sure to ask them to clean it before noon because they only clean it before lunch. …

The staff is very kind and helpful. At dinner, free ramen is provided and in the morning free breakfast as well. My only concern is the size of the rooms: they are really small! So small that sometimes it gets really hot inside.

Clean hotel, perfec5 location directly at the main trainstation in Hamamatsu, crossing a street, going through a narrow passage and after 1 minutes you're there. The staff is friendly. We had breakfast which was ok but not a lot of choice (coming from europe). The room was a little small - I'd say even for japanese standards this was tiny. AC is either on or off for us. Low medium high seemed all the same.

The good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the train and bus station. You can go anywhere from the hotel. Rooms are small, though but comfy. ||Breakfast was so-so. Will stay here again if coming back to Hamamatsu.
