This was my first trip since getting my dog. The room was clean and there was no dog smell. It was convenient and had a variety of goods.During the day, I could hear the sound of doors closing in other rooms, so since my dog is a cautious dog, it bothered me at first and caused him to bark a little, but he was quiet at bedtime so I was able to sleep well.I was grateful to be able to take her to the restaurant with me, and the food was delicious! There was also a chair with a cushion for dogs, so we could spend a calm time. The dog run was also spacious and beautiful. There was a trash can to dispose of feces, and sheets and towels for wiping your feet were also provided, which was a great touch.Even though I checked to see if I had left anything behind on the way home, I forgot my glasses, which caused an inconvenience, but I was grateful that you were kind enough to take care of it.thank you very much.It was a hotel that I would like to use again.

It was like a dream for my dog to run around with Mt. Fuji in the background ❤︎ The dog run has artificial grass, which is soft and gentle on the feet, so don't worry. In the middle of summer, we cool down with water and time management, so we are very considerate of our dogs. The room was very clean and I was surprised that there was no dog smell. Normally there would be some smell left, so I was impressed by how clean the rooms were. Now you can relax without worrying about your dog.My dog was a little tired that day, but all the staff took good care of her and I realized that everyone really loves dogs. And of course I'm very satisfied with the service. Above all, I found the staff to be very warm and easy to talk to.I didn't have any reviews for the food because I stayed without meals.

Among Izumikyo's "One's Series", Resort seems to be ranked one level higher than Paradise.Basically, this is a renovation project for out-of-business inns, hotels, resorts, etc., but resorts are better at putting effort into the interior and exterior. As for meals, the resorts have French courses, while the Paradises have buffets.Efforts are being made to bring out the characteristics of each location. In that respect, resorts have a slightly more sophisticated feel.Although it is located on a back street of Lake Yamanaka, it is relatively quiet.
