I stayed on weekdays for 1 night and 2 days with breakfast and dinner (basic Kaiseki) plan.I was told that there was a shuttle bus from Togendai Station, but I couldn't find the location on the map on the website...However, when I called the hotel, they immediately came to pick me up.In reality, it may take more than 20 minutes to walk to the shuttle bus arrival point...It doesn't feel very spacious when it was a hotel, but it has the feel of a villa in the mountains and is very nice.Is the person at the front desk a new graduate? It looked a little strange, but he did his best to guide me around! My room was on the mountain side, and I left it up to the hotel, but even though it was on the mountain side, I could see the entrance of the hotel, so if you are interested, you might be interested. As for cleaning, there was something that looked like hair falling off, or a feather on the futon? There were times when things were falling down, so I wonder if they double-check the cleaning. ? That's the impression. But I didn't really care that much.I think there were two types of baths. Both indoors and outdoors were at a perfect temperature that made it easy to take a long bath! The resting area before taking a bath is not very spacious, and about 8 people can sit there. If it's a crowded day, it might be better to go straight to your room. Not only was the food delicious for dinner, but the young male staff members were always looking around, handing out blankets to people who said it was cold, and coming over at just the right time to ask for drinks, so we had a comfortable meal. Ta.The restaurant is also spacious, clean and great.Breakfast was a buffet, and the number of items and dishes were like a normal breakfast. However, the male staff at dinner time was also there in the morning, so they were very responsive. After leaving the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten my smartphone strap, so I called them, but they said, ``They went to clean it, but it wasn't there.'' A few minutes later, he called me again and said, "Yes!" I wonder if there is too much cooperation among the staff? I thought so, but since it's cheap, I decided not to have it mailed to me. (Because shipping fee is paid on delivery)There were a lot of things that happened at the end, but overall it was a good hotel and I would like to go again.thank you very much.

I stayed here to participate in the Hakone Run Festival. This is a members-only hotel with a very nice lobby. As I entered the front door, the entire front was made of glass, and I was impressed by the impressive view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji. The room was a Japanese-style room facing the mountain, and you had to put in and take out the futon yourself, but the atmosphere of the room was nice. The bath was a colorless and transparent hot spring, and it was large and nice. The open-air bath was very hot and felt great!Breakfast was a Japanese and Western buffet starting at 7:30, and although there wasn't much variety, everything was delicious and I was satisfied.I was able to stay for one night in a Japanese-style room on the mountain side with breakfast included and it was very cheap! Anyway, I wanted to go again because it was a classy hotel! It was great because it was within walking distance from this hotel to the Hakone Run Festival venue! I was able to leave my car there until 3pm.The staff were very conscientious.

Although it is not a new hotel, it was very well maintained. Although the view from the room was not good, I would like to come again.

I've been to the Diamond Society in Kamakura before, so I was wondering if it would feel similarly old.Although the facility feels old, the guest rooms have a mid-century feel to them. I chose a room without a bath on the 2nd floor facing Lake Ashi, but the view wasn't great, with Lake Ashi peeking through the woods. But it's like a resort in the woods, so it's not bad. The low ceiling also gives it a cozy cottage feel. The hot spring is Moto-Hakone Onsen. Tasteless and odorless. The water warms up well.Although it is simple, there is an open-air bath and a sauna, so there is no shortage of facilities. The indoor bath is lukewarm. The temperature in the open air was a little high and I felt comfortable (it was January, so the outside temperature was around 0 degrees).Since it's basically a members-only facility, it doesn't feel like it's full of everything, and there are a lot of self-service parts. There aren't many customers and it may feel lonely for some people, but personally it's enough.I want to go again.

mid novemberI used it on a solo trip to use up my paid time before changing jobs! I was alone, but the staff talked to me during dinner and I felt warm. Of course the dinner was delicious, but personally, the breakfast was also delicious. 😋And the temperature of the hot spring was just perfect! ️We used a shuttle service from Togendai Station!Thank you for making sure I didn't get wet in the rain on the way home. The autumn leaves were beautifulI want to go again...

Recommended for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle!I stayed on the one night and half board course from Friday. We had a plan to choose the room, but we were able to see Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji early in the morning.Dinner was a full course Japanese meal, which was simple but delicious. However, I chose pork as the main dish, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much meat. Breakfast was a buffet of mainly Japanese food, and the variety was carefully selected and was just right. Both times, there was distance from the table next to me, so I was able to relax. As for the large public bath, there is an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and although it is not very large, I think it is sufficient in scale. They even provided face wash and cleansing, which was very helpful. The staff were all very polite and it wasn't too crowded so I was able to spend a comfortable time there.

I used it on a trip to Hakone.First of all, there are no convenience stores nearby, so I recommend buying it early. The hotel should be aware of this, but there is no Roku at the shop. After getting out of the hot spring, I bought an expensive ice cream, but the person at the front desk at night was not very friendly. Also, there is a charge for the second towel. . .People who take a bath in the morning have to reuse them.As for the hot springs, I felt the temperature was low. It's just as good as it is. It's better not to expect much. Also, the sauna was nice, but I think it's limited to one person. As for the cold bath, there is no flooding and everyone has to reuse the standing water. Is it okay? I thought.I thought, ah, I see, since there weren't that many people staying there. On the contrary, it may be recommended for those who don't have any expectations and are staying overnight without meals.I was surprised that there was still no shower in the room.
