In conclusion, this is the worst business hotel ever.Since there is no rating of 0, I had no choice but to give all 1's.・The front desk (female) was unfriendly and told me that I would be able to pay in advance and receive the receipt the next morning, but there was no one at the front desk that morning. I've tried calling the number many times, but no one picks up.・There is no public bath, and there is no hot water in the private rooms.・There is no sense of cleanliness throughout the hotel. It has a unique atmosphere reminiscent of cheap hotels overseas.・As others have written, the only good thing I have to say is the location (about 2 minutes walk from Nakatsugawa Station).The elevator has been out of order (since January 2024), but how long will it be left out? (Well, I don't think I'll ever stay here again...)

This is a business hotel in front of Nakatsugawa Station. There is a parking lot diagonally across the road. The building itself is quite old, so the rooms are showing their age.

A hotel that ruins the memories of a fun tripThe room is not well cleanedThe floors and walls are dirty, and the equipment is in disrepair.I was surprised that there were no tissues!The worst thing is the attitude of the employees.I regret staying at this hotelAs a businessman, I am often surprised to see how people treat customers with such an attitude!The price is high for the service, and the cost performance is the lowestI have stayed at many hotels, but I was always surprised that such a bad hotel existed.I'm not at a level where I can give a star rating, but I can't give it a 0 due to the system, so I had no choice but to give it a 1 star.In a past review, the owner gave a boilerplate answer, but I seriously doubt whether he is serious about improving the service.Looking at the attitude of the employees, I don't feel like they want to provide good service.

There are quite a few rooms like this in old hotels in the countryside.However, it is a shame that cleanliness is neglected.There was mold in every corner, dust and mold in the ventilation holes, and spider webs with dust on the ceiling.All you have to do is clean it properly once.There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room, but no tissues. No washlet. There is a microwave in the common area.No internet environment, no public Wifi available.The elevator is out of order.The location is in front of the station, close to a convenience store.As a side note, you can go to Nakatsugawa IC from the bus stop.For reference when choosing a hotel.

No matter how cheap it is, don't stay at this hotel.I had no choice but to stay overnight due to work, but the plasterboard on the wall was collapsing.The window frames and curtains were full of mold, a truly impossible situation.The health center did a good job of giving permission.It's better to sleep in the wild.The owner did a good job in this situation. I would have known that reviews and photos would be public these days.It seems like there are some beautiful rooms, but it's best to avoid them anyway.The room smelled musty so I couldn't sleep.
