I've stayed here three times. It's a wonderful inn where you feel like you're in another world when you step through the gate and feel really relaxed. This year, the courtyard opened and we stayed in a renovated room, and it was clean and had plenty of amenities! There were free drinks and snacks, and it was great to take a break in the courtyard with them. The staff and the food are great. This is an inn I definitely want to visit again.

I stayed in a separate room called Amane. The room is not large and is perfect for two people. It has a nostalgic feeling, like coming to grandma's house in the countryside. It smells like that too. It's nice to have a bath in the room 😄 I felt a little chlorine instead of the hot spring water flowing directly from the source. The lounge, which is located in a semi-basement area, offers all-you-can-drink options. Beer, wine, sake, tea, juice, ginger ale, and a wide variety of options are available. Meals are separated so you can have plenty of privacy! The content and quantity were good. Would you like something a little more vegetable-based for breakfast? By the way, it was nice to be able to choose between Japanese or Western food. Since it was my birthday month, I ordered a cake for an extra charge and it included a small bottle of non-alcoholic champagne, which made me feel happy. Check out is early at 10am. I wanted to stay a little longer.

It was my first time at Gero Onsen. When I went there, it was a weekday, but I was surprised to see so many tourists and foreigners everywhere. Among the many hot spring inns and hotels, Mr. Miyako, whose wife is on a girls trip and is popular, would definitely like to stay there, so she looked it up on the internet and decided on a place that matched her schedule and a room with an open-air bath, so she decided on Mr. Hakusen. It has been decided. I also took a bath in the private open-air bath, large bath, room, and hot spring ♨️ many times and was very satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were heart-warming and delicious, and I headed home satisfied with the heartfelt hospitality of the staff. I had a great time and would like to come back again.

When I was looking for an inn with a nice atmosphere in Gero Onsen, I came across Miyako. Thank you for taking care of me for 1 night and 2 days last week. As the phrase suggests, it's a soothing space, with a calming atmosphere, and even though it was raining a little, the atmosphere was quaint, the food was seasonal, and everything tasted like Kyoto cuisine. The light flavor of the soup stock made me feel like the head chef was creating each dish with the customer in mind. All the staff were young and had nice smiles, so I felt free to talk to them. The room was on the 3rd floor, spacious and beautiful, and the open-air bath in the room was also great. My husband and I thought it was one of the inns we would like to visit again.

I stayed here about 2 years ago. It was a separate room with an open-air bath. The room was spacious and the open-air bath was nice, but there were cockroaches in the room that made me feel bad.I was shocked because I had paid a fairly high price and this was the first time I had seen cockroaches at my accommodation. After that, the staff took care of the problem, but when I checked out, they acted as if nothing had happened, which was very disappointing. The other meals were good, but the events were so impressive that I don't have very good memories of them.I hope they can improve it for future customers.

The rooms, food, and service are perfect.I was able to relax in a very comfortable room.It was nice to have a relaxing meal in a private room.I'm not a big fan of beef oil, but this Chateaubriand was delicious. As soon as I arrived, I entered the public bath, and the windows were open and fallen leaves were floating in the water, giving it the feel of a secret hot spring, but the neighbor is Gassho Village (lol). The inside of the building was also very quiet, and there was a library, so I almost lost track of time while looking at books. This time I was with my husband, but if I had a chance, I would like to visit by myself.

I didn't use the public bath this time because I had a hot spring in my room, but it was a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, and the customer service was all so kind and polite! It was a meat course, but not only the meat but also the vegetables were rich in flavor and I felt that I was particular about it.I would like to come back and stay in a different room.
