Very dirty rooms in general (towels with large stains, as well as the bed). Moreover cleaning service didn’t clean out rooms 2 out of our 3 days stay. At reception, the lady attending us did not help a bit, she wanted to continue watching netflix and basically ignored us.Pathetic client service.

Sincerely. I have never had that bad experience in a hotel. First we got to the room and all the towels were torn and stained. The bed sheet is also torn. The bathroom smelled horrible. Inside the room there was a door that connected to the other room and you could hear EVERYTHING. We asked them to please clean the room and give us new towels and they didn't do it. The truth is very bad. We will not return. A lot of noise at night from people coming to party.

I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THIS HOTEL. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE SAFE KEY TO ROOM 506.I ASKED FOR THE SAFE KEY ON THE 13TH AND PUT MY PASSPORT AND 800 DOLLARS IN IT, WHEN I WENT TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE SAFE ON THE 15TH TO CHECK OUT BECAUSE A SLAVE RETURNING TO BALI,I ONLY HAD 400 DOLLARS. I WAS AFRAID TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT INSIDE THIS HOTEL THERE IS A GANG INCLUDING RECEPTIONISTS, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF. THEY WERE DOING MAINTENANCE IN THE ROOM NEXT TO MINE WHEN I DISCOVERED THE THEFT AND THEY WAS WATCHING ME IN THE HALLWAY.THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL HAS TO GET THE IMAGES FROM THE CAMERAS FROM THOSE DAYS AND FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE STEALING THE GUESTS.BE CAREFUL SO YOU DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIMI WAS ROBBED INSIDE THIS HOTEL. First and foremost, let me say that it takes an incredible amout of inconvenience for me to ensue making a review in this fashion but this hotel is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had to endure. Upon arrival the hotel receptionist treated me and several other guests in a highly unsatisfactory and xenophobic manner. The rooms look great from the site pictures, but don't be fooled by this doctored nonsense as the rooms leave much to be desired. In summary, I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere as there are several wonderful accommodations just near by. You deserve better.- Sir Edgar Reginald Whittenheim III

The room is very spacious and clean. The air conditioner is very cool. The staff members are good at welcoming and recommending various places to visit. Very close to Khaosan In front of the hotel, call Win. or easy taxi Traveling anywhere is very convenient. At night, there are many places to visit, Yaowarat Sampeng. At night, there are many places to visit. Yaowarat, Sampeng, or various pubs and bars are nearby.

The service is very good, the location too, 2 minutes from the main street and a 24-hour McDonald's, next to a seven eleven.It has a bar fridge and airThe mattress is a little hard and the bathroom is small, but to be on the street all day and just come to sleep it's fine👍

The room was booked through booking a month in advance. Upon arrival, it turned out that it was already occupied. The woman at the reception brazenly said that we should look for something else. The staff, not very helpful, simply ignored us. After a whole day of traveling, we had nowhere to stay. I do not recommend!!

Very nice hotel and well located (5 minutes walk from Kaosan Road) for partying. SevenEleven just downstairs very convenient. Lots of young people, the rooms are clean. Only small downsides: smell of pipes in the bathroom and not very well insulated, we mainly hear the noise from the corridor, it's still quite quiet because it didn't bother us. Very good value for money!

Close to the most touristic spots in Bangkok on foot. Good, nice and cheap hotel. I recommend it if you want to visit the city without depending so much on grab (app for cheap travel)

This was taken when I was about to check out so it was a bit messy but actually the room was nice and clean with a refrigerator too. it's just that the mattress is a bit hard and the bathroom is narrow but it's still okay. There are no toothbrushes, shower caps and electric kettles in the room. I could hear voices from the hallway.The staff is friendly and the wifi is okay. Strategic location near Khaosan Road. Next to it is Sevel and close to McD

If I could give 0 star, I definitely would.Booked well in advance and notify them of our arrival time (7PM).Upon arrival, receptionist communicated to us that our room was already being “occupied” by someone else and started laughing.Avoid this place at all costs.

I definitely do not recommend it. The rooms are incredibly dirty. They don't clean. Towels have holes, bed linens have holes. The walls are very thin and you hear everyone talking. When you take a shower, it takes about 1 hour for the water to drain. Definitely don't stay here unless you have to. You can find much better hotels for the same price.

Basically the main benefit of this hotel is the proximity to Khao San Road. The lady at check in wasn't particularly welcoming and barely explained how to get my room cleaned, so it wasn't cleaned for the 4 days I stayed. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned so there was alot of dust, no soap, no shampoo, no coffee. Shower drain was very slow. The walls are paper thin so you can hear absolutely everything in the rooms next to you. And to add icing on the cake, a spider dropped from the ceiling and onto my bed. Needless to say, you get what you pay for.
