Motel near Higashi-Shinjuku Station that allows smoking. It is cheaper than other accommodations nearby and the rooms are quite large. There is still room to spread out two carry-on suitcases on the floor. It smells a lot of cigarette smoke, but it depends on the room. If you request deodorant, you can borrow it, but it seems like you can get rid of it with sufficient ventilation and deodorization management. Ventilation does not seem to be working properly. The air conditioner blows very weak air and is full of dust inside. There are no insect screens on the windows. It's like the picture, but it seems like a man can easily get in and out. It's so close to the rooftop of the building opposite, so people who are good at sports might be able to skip it. Be sure to use insect screens for ventilation and safety! Installation is required. When covering a window with a curtain, both ends are not completely covered. So, when the sun rises at dawn, strong sunlight shines through the gap onto the bed, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom has a bathroom (shower room), sink, and toilet all separated. All basic amenities were provided, and for some reason there was only one shower towel (sponge). You can distinguish one toothbrush from another because it has a different color, but the bristles are very stiff, which is not good. While brushing my teeth, my gums hurt and I noticed they were bleeding. It is said that the same thing has already happened to the group. You need to change to something softer. There is a small refrigerator but no water. There are 6 cups, 2 each of mug, porcelain, and glass. There are Japanese supermarkets called My Basket and Maretsu 5 minutes away. There are no large supermarkets in Shinjuku and Shibuya, so excluding department stores, Maretsu is likely to be the largest supermarket in the area. People who prefer shopping at large supermarkets rather than tourist drugstores or Don Quijote may want to take a look. Some are more expensive, but most are cheaper.

It was a big disappointment that there were no magical Japanese toilets. Another disadvantage is that in room 103 the water drains very poorly from the sink.

When I took a bath, my long hair was all over the place...It seems that there is a foreign cleaner, but I would like her to at least wash her hair...

The location is truly 100 points!!Highly recommended if you are traveling with men!!!If you take into account the slightly older facilities, the rooms are spacious. The refrigerator was large, the air conditioner worked well, and it was flawless.Check-in starts at 5pm, but the room was cleaned quickly.Thank you for early check-in at no additional cost.Thank you so much!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Station area. Arrive at Higashi-Shinjuku Station in 2 minutesOne thing that was disappointing was that the door and shoe cabinet were too small. With 3 shoes, there is no space to walk. Nothing to say other than that

It was an old motel, but it was spacious and nice. I was very worried about the smell of cigarettes because it was a smoking room, but the room I stayed in didn't smell, which was nice. If you're staying for a short time, I recommend other hotels, but if you're staying for more than a week, I recommend this one! They don't provide water separately, but there is a vending machine in the lobby. I'm satisfied with the cleaning and other things they do. Higashi-Shinjuku Station is right within a minute's walk from here, so it's a great location.

A business hotel with a reasonable price. The design of the room is old-fashioned (bed on tatami mats), but on the other hand, the room is spacious and comfortable. Close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and within walking distance to Shinjuku Station. 5 stars because the location is good.

The bath and toilet are separate, and the bath is large. The water pressure was high, and soaking slowly in the bathtub relieved my fatigue and felt good. Also, the air conditioner worked well and when I was feeling stuffy, the dehumidification made the room more comfortable. The system was to leave the key at the front desk when you went out. Please note that you must pay the fee at check-in. There are convenience stores and bento shops nearby, so you won't have to worry about not having food available. The front desk staff was very courteous and I would like to use this place next time I come to Shinjuku.
