Super for the area and services, even though it is close to a metro overpass, it is soundproofed to supernatural levels. It has the station, a combini and a supermarket open until late in the immediate vicinity. When I was there, some of the staff spoke English and those who spoke less English still tried hard to make themselves understood.

The hotel is next to train station so it does get noisy whenever train passes by.

The room is close to the JR subway, but the sound insulation is really poor. The subway is very loud. The nearby building is also very noisy in the morning. There is even a feeling of vibration when the subway passes by. Poor sound insulation is the only big drawback. If you are sensitive to sound, you should think twice. , and thank the hotel staff for helping to change the room, but the space changed was smaller... I originally booked the largest two double beds, but after changing it, it became two single beds...The advantage is that the location is convenient. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk to Nippori and you can directly take the Skyliner. There are supplies on the first floor that you can take for yourself, as well as water dispensers. There are no extra water bottles provided in the room.

9/13~9/17We made a reservation for 4 nights and 5 days and it is a family trip for 4 people.Close to downtown, there are two single beds.It sleeps 4, so it's perfect for my family. There were only impossible accommodations.First, search for a place near the subway.I made a reservation hereIt's close~~Subway station (Nishi Nippori) within 2 minutesThere may be differences in walking speed. When I first arrived with my luggage (Nippori)Maybe it's because it's my first time travelingIs it farther than you think? I did itWhen I went back during my trip,It's not farYou can get to the city center in 30 minutes. If you think these 30 minutes are a waste,Recommended downtown~2 single beds, floor mattress, 2 peopleFor our family with middle and high school children,It's perfect.According to reviews, the staff is unfriendly.Because the subway is noisyI was thinking about it, but come and see for yourself~The staff are so friendly.I can hear the sound of the subwayI can’t sleep ×Earplugs are providedI've never used it~The bathroom is clean and has a bathtub.Water pressure is good and drainage is good.Check the magnet on the door before leaving. If you put it on, it will be trash/towelHe takes care of everything.Free coffee/ice creamCoin laundry is available on the 2nd floorI came in on the second dayI feel refreshed after washing it all out~If you come to the accommodation earlyAt a local bar at Nishi Nippori StationI recommend a drink~After work, we have a drink near the station. It's the kind of atmosphere you enter.30 second cut from accommodationThere is iron plate okonomiyaki (recommended)👍👍30 second cutThere is a local supermarketCheaper than convenience stores (1.5 liters of water)I have a Shin Ramyun cup~I didn't know because I had luggage when I came.Go to Nippori Station for a cup of coffee in the morning.I also recommend you go~The railroad track on your way is fascinating haha.I'm crossing the train as it passes by.The train is comingDing ding!! The circuit breaker will come back on (be careful)Going to crowded places during the dayQuietlyThe accommodation is really comfortable to rest in.great.After reading the review, I felt a bit sad about the bad writing.I’m leaving this while I’m still traveling~There may be individual differences, butWe are satisfied with our accommodation.Today is already the last night~~No regrets leftI have to spend my last day well^^

It was the worst experience I've ever had.1. One of the employees at the front desk, who was thin, said he couldn't speak English and even spoke in Japanese to others, pretending not to understand, but he wasn't good at Japanese or pronunciation. The response was the worst.2. The room I booked as a deluxe twin room was the closest to the subway, so I think I woke up once every 10 minutes from dawn. So I asked to change, and they gave me a room with a narrow bed. So, I asked if this room was of the same class, and employee number 1 said it was the right one for me, but when I checked with other employees, it wasn't the case.3. I have doubts about whether drains, etc. are cleaned properly. The drain wasn't draining properly even after taking a shower, so I went to the first floor and talked to the staff, and they told me, "That's because a lot of hair accumulates in the drain hole." The answer is: Isn’t this a hotel? He says this as if he were telling the landlord about a problem in the house without even thinking about cleaning it. I asked them to clean it, and I came back to shower, but as expected, the water didn't drain. After finishing my studies abroad, I packed my bags and was looking for a place to stay for a while. I made a reservation because it was close to where I live, but I'm not sure about the value of this place.Other than being spacious compared to other business hotels, the only advantage is...They say it's close to Nippori, but in reality, you have to walk for more than 10 minutes. If you walk with luggage, you may feel more than that.I recommend that you think again.

This time I stayed for six nights. I was not used to the sound of the train at first, but I got used to it after a day or two. However, I still recommend that light sleepers be cautious. It is very close to Nishi-Nippori Station and there is a supermarket next door for convenient supplies. There is delicious free coffee on the first floor. You have to have a cup here every day before going out.Toilets are provided on the first floor, and toys can be borrowed. The front desk staff can all speak Chinese and are very friendly. Although the hardware facilities in the room are not very new, overall it is a very good accommodation experience with high cost performance.

This was one of my favorite hotels from my vacation to Japan. Compared to similar hotels in the price range, the rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Although it would have been nice to have a breakfast service included at the hotel, there are plenty of dining options just down the street. For some, the location so close the train-line could be a negative due to the noise, but for me, I enjoyed the white noise, and it didn't really affect my ability to sleep. Plus, the hotel is located so close to multiple stations, so you can hop right on to the Yamanote line to get to where you want to go for the day! The Nippori area was so beautiful too. When I was there, there was an employee at the front desk who was able to assist me in English, so my limited Japanese ability was no problem. If I ever have the chance to visit Tokyo again, this might be my go-to hotel.
