It was a really nice stay, location is great, but after proposing us to have bbq on their terrace(we brought the ingredients for the bbq, they set up the firepit and provided spices, oil etc...) We saw a charge of 25$ per person. I think we should have been advised of the price beforehand

The scenery is great. You can jump directly into the lake for a swim. After swimming, you can go back to the B&B to take a shower. The shared bathroom is large and very clean.

Lake Biwa is right in front of you, so I think it's good for people who value location. Unlike past reviews, we were provided with a tool at check-in to unlock the door at night.The entire facility has the feel of a beach house and a guesthouse, so I think it's suitable for people who value experience and are friendly.If you need a quiet distance from others, or if you want a certain level of service provided from the beginning, it would be better to look elsewhere.The mischievous man in charge worked hard and the service was good.Please note that there is only one narrow road in front of you, and the parking lot is located near the crossroads in front of the facility, so it is a little difficult to find, so if you are thinking "Oh, what?", I recommend going to listen to it. Masu.If it was even a little helpful, I would be happy if you clicked it.

I stayed here with my 2 year old child!With Lake Biwa right in front of us, the scenery was beautiful, and we were able to enjoy the Moon Road from around the evening.The room seemed to have been renovated and was very comfortable! Also, the bathroom was very clean and spacious, making it easy to bathe with children.The owner and staff were so nice that I wanted to come again!

I stayed with the BBQ plan!The host was very kind and attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. Above all, the carbonated spring bath is the best! You can swim right in the lake right in front of you, and it felt good. I want to stay there again.

Expensive for basic facilities (17,000 for a room with shared toilet and bathroom).There was a large group who were allowed to have a bbq under my window. And the window doesn't seal properly. The room stank of bbq smoke (REALLY strongly) for hours even after the party had ended. All my clothes that I had unpacked stank of bbq smoke as I left. I had to get them laundered in the middle of my holiday.The place has "bbq love" in the wifi password so I wonder if this is a regular occurance...Great location at least.

I used it in August. Lake bathing and BBQ at the North Lake location were amazing. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.My child suffered burns when he set off fireworks at night, so he called me to the emergency hospital and gave me a ride. Fortunately, nothing serious happened, but I am very grateful to the staff for their kind response. thank you very much. I would like to use it again.
