The worst customer service.I was given incorrect directions in the parking lot, and when I asked about it, the police were called for obstruction of business. The front desk doesn't realize that there is a problem with their customer service attitude. Also, I wasn't wearing a name plate (those in training were wearing one), so when I asked for my name and asked for a business card, I was told it was coerced.I said I was responsible for everything, but I haven't taken responsibility for anything.I have also contacted the Mikuni Group twice, but have received no response.Well, if the group responds like this, I think it can't be helped that that front grows.Ladies and gentlemen, this is a hotel whose service and quality are not commensurate with the price.
