It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's cost-effective.The front desk staff was very responsive, and I think it was because it was my first time using the hotel, but they were very polite. The area around the hotel was quiet, and I was able to relax at night without worrying about any noise from outside the room.Unfortunately, I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast service as I had to leave early, but I look forward to serving you again.

Thank you for taking care of me during my trip to Tokyo.Although the location is a little far from the station, I think it's completely bearable considering the cost performance. The hotel was well-maintained and felt clean.I was glad that they kindly explained about the facility when I checked in.The room has a TV, you can watch YouTube, and the amenities include towels, toothbrushes, pajamas, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and drinking water, which I think is well-stocked considering the accommodation fee. There was also a free light breakfast, which included croissants, bananas, boiled eggs, orange juice, and coffee, and the croissants were delicious. It was quiet at night, so I slept well, and it seems like you can go in and out if you have a key card at night, so I thought it would be possible to drink until late.If I had a chance, I would like to take advantage of it.

I used it to watch basketball at Ariake Arena. If you use Kokusai Tenjijo Station (it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the venue), you can get there and back within an hour including walking, so it is recommended for those who want to save on hotel costs.

Wi-Fi is super fast and service is availableThe room is spacious enough to spread out your luggage, and the bathroom is relatively clean.I think it would be better for business travelers in the Shinagawa area.Unlike the recent small business hotels, the rooms are a bit spacious, so it's nice to be able to spread out your luggage. It also has a desk, so it's perfect for doing some light work while on a business trip. What's more, the Wi-Fi is extremely fast which is a big help!

Morning service is self-service. There weren't that many types, but it was enough for me personally.

The room is spacious and clean, and the TV is large. However, the price is too high.Breakfast is a light meal such as bread, boiled eggs, and bananas.A light meal would be fine, but some people didn't have any bread at all and ate three boiled eggs, while others only drank coffee. It wasn't a busy time, so as long as the bread was served consistently, there was nothing to complain about.

(Stayed at the end of January 2024)The overall design of the hotel and rooms are standard. I felt it was clean. The good points were that the hot water from the shower head was comfortable on my skin, the pillows and hard bed suited me and I slept soundly, the croissants and boiled eggs for breakfast were delicious, and it was a 1-minute walk away. There is a 7-Eleven in there. It's a long way from the station, but if you walk, you'll be there in no time.

Walls are thin.It was so bad that I could hear conversations in the room next door.On the 1st and 2nd days, I was woken up several times late at night, probably from the person in the room next door coming back from the bar, and on the 3rd and 4th days, I ended up getting banged on the wall because of the loud noise from the TV.The clock on my bed was shining brightly, and I blocked out the light with my pillow. There are no other complaints. The room was clean and the ventilation fan and air conditioner were loud.Cleanliness was thorough.A washing machine is installed on the first floor, so there is no need to go to a coin laundry, which is helpful for long-term residents.

I regret staying there. .Maybe I made the reservation at the wrong time.I'm sad because I could have stayed at a better place last time for the same price. .First of all, the room is old.The bed mattress is made of springs rather than pocket coils, so it's extremely painful for tall and heavy people. .Also, breakfast is not a buffet but croissants and bananas.I also made a mistake because I wanted to eat a big meal in the morning. .Also, it's quite far from the station. It takes about 10 minutes on foot.Convenience stores and restaurants are also far away.I will make reservations earlier from now on.
