This hotel is located near Odakyu Machida Station.I have used many business hotels, but this will be my first time.I would like to point out some points of concern- Annoying smell in the roomSince I was in a non-smoking room, there was no smell of cigarettes, so there was no problem, but there was a strange smell that bothered me, so I brought my own deodorant. It may be harsh for people with a sensitive sense of smell.・Equipment problemsFirst, the refrigerator door is difficult to open and close. For some reason, it opens on the chair side, which is unfriendly. If you look closely at the refrigerator, it looks like you can change the position of the left and right sides of the door, but you can't do that because it's a fixture. I would like to request improvements. Also, the unit bath is small. The hand washing area is above the bathtub, making it even narrower. I can't move. I bumped my knee when getting out of the bathtub.・About amenitiesThere were no cotton swabs that were available at other hotels. There was a convenience store nearby that sold cotton swabs, so I had to bring my own. From the first day, I got the impression that this hotel is difficult to stay at for consecutive nights.A day or two is fine though.●Postscript●There was another problem.・Drainage in the hand washing area is poor and water collects quickly, making it uncomfortable to wash away dirt. Even if you use a small amount of water, it tends to accumulate. Maybe the drain is clogged? (The video shows the maximum amount of water)・The air conditioner in the room was strangely cold, so I asked the reception if blankets were available for rent, but they said they weren't. People who are sensitive to cold may have trouble.I asked the receptionist to help me with other issues, but they were all vague and not very good. This is my first Livemax, but I have a bad impression. It's a shame because the location is good as there are convenience stores and Seiyu nearby.

Location is accessible. It's a 5 minutes walk from Machida station odakyu line, 8 minutes walk from Machida JR Yokohama Station. Next to the hotel building there's a 7eleven and a lot of restaurants. Just 5 minutes walk there is a bus stop for buses going to Haneda & Narita Airport (both only operate once a day, early in the morning, if im not mistaken).I find the cleanliness is quite okay, not perfectly clean, and not obviously dirty :) 😀 I could find piling dusts in some corner, but still okay. Room size is just a standard Japanese hotel, which means relatively small.Pay attention. This hotel will automatically cancel your reservation if you do not show up for checking in after 23.00. The receiption staff also stand by only from 11.00 ~ 23.00, so if you are likely to come after 23.00 better call the hotel in an advance.

I used it often and it was useful because the location and service were good, but today, even though I checked out 5 minutes before the checkout time, I received a phone call at around 10:25 and said, ``It's time. , I received a phone call asking me to complete the check-out process. When I told them that I had checked out, they said they would check, and they seemed to understand that I had already checked out, so they quickly hung up and said, ``I was able to confirm.''I had used this hotel many times and thought it was a very good hotel, so I was very shocked this time.I would like you to confirm before calling me.
