I stayed there for 3 consecutive holidays in July.Sorry for the late reply. This is a case where a child accidentally broke a beer glass. When I informed them at the scene, I was told that everything was fine, so I misunderstood. We will pay the compensation as soon as possible. How much does one beer glass cost?I can't load the URL you received via email, soThank you for your confirmation. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you very much for your support.

Even though there were 7 people staying for consecutive nights, there was only one toilet paper and no extra.I only had a short amount of time indoors because I was eating out all the time, but I didn't have enough so I contacted the service desk, but in the end they didn't even replenish it. Since we couldn't go to the bathroom, we had to go get toilet paper ourselves. This is the first time I've encountered an accommodation that doesn't even have extra toilet paper, so I hope they provide the bare minimum of services and facilities.

This is the worst, filthy accommodation. There were lip marks on the cups, stains on the mugs, and dirty dishwashing sponges that had been used by previous guests. There was hair in the moldy bathroom, and when I tried to use the roller that was left in the living room, I found hair still stuck in it.Even the dust from the washing machine remains. To top it all off, there was leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. It was a cold day, so when I turned on the air conditioner, there was a strong musty smell. When I looked inside, it was covered in mold. When I contacted the management company, they gave me some lame excuses, saying that they had strengthened their coronavirus countermeasures and neglected regular cleaning, lol.I feel really sorry for the family that was affected by my choice of this facility. Also, is the first floor in ruins? It was scary because it wasn't cared for.

I used a bicycle sharing service. My bicycle was locked inside the building and I didn't know how to use it. When I called on the intercom, a troublesome-looking female voice told me to open it and borrow it. Even though I didn't know if it was okay to unlock the door and come in, I thought it was rude to say something like that. If you are running a sharing service, I think you should take some measures such as posting information on the front door.

Are there not enough amenities? The bicycle that I could use for free had a flat tire! I wanted to use it for shopping but ended up walking!
