Only problem was the airconditioning system. We checked in the hotel after strolling around Tokyo and Yokohama during the summer heat and were expecting to cool down and refresh ourselves after a tiring day and before heading out again for the weekend fireworks, but after entering the keycard and after opening the AC there was no cold air coming out, not even a soft breeze. We contacted front desk and they told us to wait for a few minutes because the AC might still be warming up or something but 15-20mins passed and there was nothing. We were sweating inside our room. We called front desk again and they told us that they will check on our room. They only checked the vents by posing in front the vent and told us that there was little cold air coming out, and brought a small electric fan and told us to use it for the meantime until the room cools down because they said the AC might work better later and also said that it was the "same with other rooms". They told us that if it was not fixed, we may be able to switch our room. We left the fan running and went out again but we weren't able to watch the fireworks because of this inconvenience. After 2hours or so, we went back to the hotel and the room was not even cold. It was just cool enough and only because of the electricfan. We didn't even bother to request for a change of room because we were already tired and what's the use if the staff already told us that all room's AC temperature are like that? (The ac panel says it was already on full blow and at 19°C but it feels like not even on a level 1 blow and about 24°C after 3hrs)

Super Hotel in the heart of Yokohama. Rooms are great and everything needed is available. Breakfast is decent and the staff is ready to go the extra mile. Really appreciate the service. Location is 5 min walking away from China Town which should be visited in the evening hours. Great food options and a very special flair.

Despite the high cost of accommodation, the facilities are poor.good・Water pressure can be changed with the shower head→It doesn't matter if it's necessary for a 2 or 3 day stay.Bad points・The room is not clean・No laundry→The nearest one is about 10 minutes walk. (Not available 24 hours)・Wi-Fi is so heavy that even one device can't even load images.・The air conditioning control panel does not respond unless you press it multiple times.Even if you take the location into account, it's unlikely to cost more than 10,000 yen. There are many other hotels in terms of location.I will never stay here again, including my own, and if you are going to stay here, I recommend somewhere else.

Visited from Tokyo for a change of pace. Compared to the skyrocketing hotel prices in Tokyo, Yokohama seems to have many reasonably priced hotels, but the prices here were even more reasonable.Although it is old as mentioned in other reviews, the lobby and room (1206) are clean enough and give the impression that it is not old or new.The staff were all friendly (apparently if you become a free member at check-in, you can choose from 1-hour late check-out, water, and on-demand movie viewing).Breakfast isn't much, but it's enough.I think the best thing about this hotel is the access to Chinatown. I was able to enjoy a lot of delicious Chinese food because I could go there in 5 minutes after taking a walk in the evening or morning. Owl-san, a Taiwanese restaurant, was reasonably priced and delicious.ps There is no outlet next to the bed, so if you have a charger or a long extension cord, you can charge your phone while you use it.

Located about 5 minutes walk from Nihon-Odori Station and 5 minutes walk from Chinatown. The front desk for check-in at 14:00 on weekdays was quite crowded with a line of foreigners, but the staff at the front desk were efficient and the flow was quick. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and it was cozy and delicious. Lunch with salad bar and drinks is nice. Breakfast also includes live hamburgers and tuna bowls. In addition, there is a rich buffet.Vending machines in the hotel are also reasonably priced. There's also ice.A very satisfying hotel for the price.

I stayed at a certain site with a plan to upgrade to a double room for the price of a single room.I thought there was nothing I could do about the stains on the wallpaper and scratches on the furniture, but first, there was dust on top of the humidifier and under my feet. There was some sort of brown stain on the bathroom toilet floor. And a few hairs that aren't hair. When I picked up the receiver to call the front desk in surprise, there was so much dust that it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the push button was also dusty and stained. The picture hanging in the room is diagonally shifted from its frame. When I changed rooms, I couldn't find any dirt or dust in the same area. Apparently, I was given a room that didn't require much cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but I never thought I'd find a room like this.I should have read everyone's reviews carefully before making my decision. I thought the problem was not with the cleaning staff, but with the management's attitude.
