It feels old everywhere, but the deluxe floor on the 9th floor has good bedding, and the TV is a big smart TV and is a great value for money.Lounge services are also available. (Unfortunately there is no draft beer)Since it is run by Chongqing Hotel, the quality of the food is high and the room service is cheap.

Visited late September 2024Banquet room available. The food has a strong home-cooked feel, probably made for Chinese customers, and the only dim sum served is shumai. We only know what kind of food will be delivered after it arrives, and we don't even know how many dishes will be delivered. Customer service is so busy with so few people that we don't get enough attention, and the customers are telling us to do this and that. Is it because I graduated from a hotel school and got a good education after getting a job at a hotel in Minato Mirai? A disappointing impression. If you are going to offer a price that will add value to the price, then give it a certain amount of service. My impression is that this hotel is in a good location for eating out in Chinatown, so it's best to use it accordingly.

Although it is old, I think it is the best place to stroll around Chinatown and Yokohama. However, if we are going to accept group guests, I think it would be better to take the lead in consideration of general customers as well.

Since the coronavirus pandemic, I have stayed several times to use the pool for my child's birthday. It's a standard twin, but shouldn't this bathtub be repaired or sold as a broken room? I thought so.As you can see in the image, is it peeling off in the bathtub? It's bumpy. The tiles under the toilet were also peeling off in places. The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be set. I know this because I have stayed there many times, but it is still inconvenient. However, the staff are very nice, and it has its advantages, such as being located in Chinatown and close to a business supermarket and convenience store, so you won't have any problems finding food.I think you can probably get a better room and better value if you upgrade your room.
