I stayed with a friend and family with children, 8 adults and 6 children, and it was the perfect accommodation for traveling with children!Best of all, the living room and staircase hallway are carpeted, so it's safe for children to run around and crawl. It just opened and is very clean, so you won't have to worry about falling or lying down. My son was wandering in the middle of the stairs to see if he was comfortable lolThe private room had a slatted low bed on tatami mats, and a low mattress about 10cm thick, so even if my child fell on it while I was sleeping, I thought it would be okay. They allowed me to use an additional mattress that was in the closet for my 0-year-old child. By the way, this low bed with slats does not move around, probably because it has anti-slip features, and if the mattresses were glued together, I could have my 2-year-old sleeping in the middle of the couple without any problems. Also, the bath that 5-6 people could take together (hot springs fed directly from the source!!) was also the best. There was a shower for three people, so it was stress-free for each family to take a bath, and they were able to relax and stretch their legs in the spacious bathtub. The temperature of the hot spring source is low, and we have to add hot water from the faucet attached to the bathtub to adjust the temperature, and it was nice to be able to get the temperature just right for the kids. It was a simple hot spring that was gentle on the skin, so even a 0-year-old child could make his debut in a hot spring with peace of mind. Although I love hot springs, I haven't been able to go once since my baby was born, so I was very happy to be able to take a bath with my family this time. After the kids went to bed, I enjoyed it again by myself lolFor dinner, I asked a visiting chef to serve me, so I was able to enjoy a delicious restaurant-like meal with my friends and family.I didn't have to worry about getting home, and I couldn't stop talking and drinking until late at night, which was the first time in a while that I had a fun night owl. .The next morning, we went to the Sculpture Museum in Hakone, and my 2-year-old was very happy running around in the large outdoor exhibition space. The Sculpture Museum and Ebina SA that I visited on this trip were both easy to navigate with a stroller, and I was grateful that they had plenty of services for children, such as diaper changing tables and children's toilets. It was a great trip that both children and adults could enjoy to their heart's content. Next time, I would like to invite my parents and siblings and stay with 3 generations!
