I love this place so much that I tried not to write about it.The food at Mirador is beyond words. The dinner course is a work of art.I like the terrace seats in season when you can enjoy them on the terrace 💕I ordered vegetables that were ordered several times, and the vegetables themselves were packed with deliciousness and nutrition, and I could feel the quality of the ingredients and it was very delicious.I think people will be very happy if you give this dinner as a gift on their anniversary 😊

It's very delicious. Thank you for your help at Aubergeu for the first time in 30 years. Apparently they are not open for lunch at the moment. One difficult point was that information was completely blocked, so I felt a little overwhelmed. However, this is my advantage, and I cannot handle it in just one day.

The other day, I went there with my wife and had a full course French meal at an auberge for the first time. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff's service, consideration, and customer service are also excellent.I was able to taste that this was first class. All dishes made with local ingredients are delicious.I would like to go in a different season/time.Thank you to all the staff who took care of us and made it a wonderful experience.

The other day, I went to Hakone Auberge Au Miradeau 🚗³₃Japan's first auberge where you can enjoy French cuisine by the legendary chef Noboru Katsumata 🍽An auberge is a restaurant with lodging facilities located in a rural or suburban area. The main attraction of Auberge, where enjoying food is the main point of your stay, is the authentic cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. There are currently 39 locations affiliated with the Japan Auberge Association. We are holding a stamp rally, and there is a wonderful benefit of 1 night free if you stay at 6 locations ✨The food was great and the stay was very comfortable, but the only regrets were that the toilet didn't have a heated toilet seat or washlet, and the shower head in the shower in the room was old and kept leaking hot water from the handle. It was. Everything else is perfect.

This time I didn't stay overnight, just had dinner. I made a reservation for 5:30 pm, so I sat down at a time when it was brighter than last time, and the fresh greenery outside the window was pleasant. There were three appetizers at the gala dinner, and we were full and satisfied.Chef Katsumata's innovative combinations of dishes are made with local ingredients, so you can enjoy dishes that will stimulate both your visual and olfactory senses. The bread is also quite delicious. We had a wonderful time with the staff's quick and refreshing response. The local Japanese tea was also quite good. When you stay overnight, you'll be served breakfast so delicious that you won't be able to finish it all, so next time I'd like to stay longer.

I will continue to use it in 2024.After checking out, when I saw them off, I said, ``We look forward to seeing you again next year.''I hope to continue to use them every year.______________________________________________I added this because I used it in 2023 as well. There was a cover on the toilet seat. It's definitely better than nothing.I drank the leftover wine from dinner in my room, and they put it in a pannier and prepared a large glass, which was very good service. They will take care of everything you need, and if there is nothing needed, there will be no unnecessary intervention. The balance here is very good.______________________________________________I have used it three times in 2019, 2021, and 2022.The reason I keep coming back is because I really like it overall.I love it so much that I want to continue using it every year. So, based on that premise, I will write down the parts that say, ``There are some parts like this.''-The shower in the room is disappointing• Toilet seat is cold & shower toilet is not•The building is divided into 3 buildings.Dinner is served in the main building, and breakfast is served in the colonial building. The bathroom is also a colonial building. When moving to another building, always pass through the outside. It's a bit of a hassle when it rains. My favorites are the spiral staircase in the main building and the view of the forest from the window during breakfast.I think you can forget about work and the daily hustle and bustle and have a relaxing time.

I used it for one night and two days in March. The food was delicious and the presentation looked like art, so I was looking forward to it being delivered. I also liked the fact that the room didn't have a TV or clock. It was fun to have the first experience of lighting a fire in a room with a fireplace, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing break from the daily hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great and it rained from the morning of the next day, but I was able to consult with them about sightseeing routes, which was very helpful. The person who attended me when I arrived, the manager, and everyone else were so friendly that I would like to come back again to this wonderful auberge.
