A very good accommodation experience. From the transfer to the hotel, check-in, to the meals, everyone feels at home.In particular, I met the waiter Hong Yuting from Taiwan during the meal. She was enthusiastic when introducing the meal, and enthusiastically helped us translate and deal with various problems. It was really great!

I stayed here because it was recommended by a friend. In advance information, I heard that the rooms and service were very nice and that I would like to stay again, but I will definitely not stay there again due to the following three reasons.◾️TransferWe requested transportation from a nearby museum. When the time came, the shuttle did not show up, so when I called, they said they would be on their way right away. I had heard that the driver would wait for me after I got off the train, holding a piece of paper with Suishoen written on it, but no such person appeared. There were several shuttle cars arriving at the site, and there was one that remained until the end, and when I went to ask about it, it turned out to be the driver from Suishoen. Even after the ride, he only said sorry and didn't seem to be in a bad mood. I wouldn't mind if it was a standard priced accommodation, but it's a reasonable price, so it's a shame that such hospitality is lacking. This was something I was concerned about other than food as well.◾️Room informationCheck-in took place inside the room. The attendant seemed to be a new employee, and although it was slow, he did his best to explain the situation. However, after a brief tour of the room (introducing the bedroom and refrigerator), I was told that all the basic things were included. Maybe I forgot the explanation, or maybe I wanted to finish it quickly because I was waiting for the next guide, but there was no explanation about how to use the open-air bath in the guest room or about the amenities in the bathroom. Since I was taking the trouble to show them around the room, I thought I would like them to do that. Also, there was no explanation about where to have dinner, so I had to find it on my own.◾️QuestionnaireAlthough only the bad things stood out, there were also good things. The meals and the bath in the room were so enjoyable that I even forgot about the things mentioned above. I will omit the details, but...In the questionnaire, many comments, including those mentioned above, were addressed to the manager. But I haven't received any response, and I haven't received any emails. Since you are taking the time to send out the survey, I think it would be good to receive a response. My overall impression is,The staff were young and I wondered if they were properly trained. Some people didn't even greet me even when I passed them. There were a lot of young people in a nationally famous resort group who worked really hard and I really wanted to support them, but I don't think there are many people like that in this group.

The highest peak of Kato Pleasure GroupThis is a famous luxury inn.I have repeated it many times.Rumor has it that celebrities are also patrons.OriginallyIt seems that it was built as a villa for the Mitsui Zaibatsu. As you can see when you visit, you can feel the power! It's an extraordinary space, the rooms are good, and the food is delicious. The price is also high! lolAnyway, this is an inn that you should definitely try.

I've stayed in many places, but the location, the customer service, the comfort with complete privacy, the beauty of the rooms, the quality of the coffee machine, and above all, the deliciousness of the food were by far the best. We had such a wonderful time that this is a 5 star stay. One thing I would say is that the large public bath wasn't that big, and even the hostess said, "It's not that big," but since the open-air bath in the room is nice, it's a minor issue. I will definitely visit again.

The room was so comfortable that I didn't even have to leave the room except for meals. The room had a large semi-open-air bath with hot spring water, so you didn't have to go to the large public bath (washing area 3, wash basin 2).I had the teppanyaki course for my meal, and it was very delicious. The bar also had a nice retro feel. There are many buildings on a large site, and there are many stairs, so if you have mobility problems, it would be best to let us know when making a reservation.

This will go down in history as history for me as one of the most amazing places I have ever been. I truly had the best meal of my life here at dinner. Look at the quick video of cooking meat on the slab of hot volcanic rock. Each little piece of pottery that the food was presented on was a work of art. The service was amazing, the room was out of a dream with the personal onsen. My fiance and I only regret we did not stay longer. Thank you to the staff and the amazing Japanese people. We love the culture and this amazing country!
