How do I even describe what is undoubtedly the best place I have ever stayed?I have to start with the food - I would book here again just for that. I don’t know what Michelin star chef is back there, but every night the meals we had were incredible and there was so much!! The breakfast was also delicious and totally buffet style which was really nice. Our room was huge! Comfortable, great light, with a private shower and toilet. The staff was so kind and helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The onsen was also lovely!! It was my first time and I really enjoyed that experience.I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting in Hakone.

The plan was slightly different. Relax and unwind around the loud and shiny big cities of Japan. I came across live music during dinner.Overall, my impressions are very good, the service and comfort in the dormitory room are at a high level. The onsen also makes a positive impression, and I was positively surprised by the dinner.I definitely recommend the hotel, it's hard to subtract a star because we had slightly different expectations and the facility was a positive surprise :)

The restaurant is not for outside guests. Just a flag for people who want to eat here but do not stay at the hotel.

Great hotel very close to Gora station. The 4 person bunk room is a good size for Japan and includes a balcony, kettle, separate bathroom/toilet and small sitting area and desk. Onsen is lovely with limited numbers. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Lovely small touches like free soda and popsicles outside the onsen. And a shared common room and small kitchenette with microwave, plates etc
