I had business at Kyoto University and stayed there for a few nights.・There is no air conditioning, so it's hot when you first walk in.・I felt that the water drained slowly because there were no steps in the bathroom, but it wasn't so bad that it was tolerable. Feedback for shower temperature control is quite slow. It takes about 30 seconds, so if you adjust it frequently, it tends to get tossed around. This was probably the most subtle.-The ceiling is quite high, so it doesn't feel cramped. This was good.・I only saw the employee twice in the morning. There are days when I don't see it for the whole day. It's a problem when there are problems like other reviews say.・You can use a drum-type washing machine with a dryer. You can only use 100 yen coins, but you can exchange money at the check-in machine, so no problem.・About the location. Since it's in a residential area, they probably won't be able to put up a big sign, so I'm not sure if there's a place until I get really close. Convenience stores are 100 yen Lawson and Daily. A short walk will take you to the main street, where you will find Maruhan Hanten, a small supermarket, and a bus stop (201 series).Overall, I feel like it's something like this.

Absolutely worst experience of my life! Waited for 2 hours, trying to get checked in. They kept claiming my reservation was for the wrong date, even after I've shown them the reservation number and dates online. They also said I only booked 2 nights when my booking and receipt proved I had 3 nights. Also, the staff barely spoke English, which made it even more difficult to find a solution.Update: I was kicked out after two hours without a place to sleep, even with a reservation made and paid a month in advance. The staff was also rude and refused to give me a proof of what they were claiming about my reservation. Never seen such bad service in my life!I hope I'll at least get a refund.

A great stay experience. The hotel seems to be newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are clean and modern. There is a self-service machine at the front desk that supports multiple languages and can checkIn/CheckOut by yourself. The staff are all enthusiastic, polite young people who speak fluent English.

This is the worst hotel ever. There was a strange smell coming from the room, and when I opened the refrigerator, I found rotten raw fish left behind by the previous guest, which was my first experience. I was worried that things like this were happening and whether the cleaning was being done properly, but even though I told them that the check-out time would be changed to 3:00 p.m., a male cleaner in his 40s made lewd comments to me. They told me to hurry up because it was past the check-in time. They didn't communicate well with me. When I left the room, I asked the male cleaner, but he didn't give me a good answer and seemed to ignore me, which made me even more angry. It goes without saying that I will never stay here again, and I recommend that anyone planning to stay there in the future reconsider. It was the worst trip to Kyoto.

Clean, newer, password lock, unattended management. The location is very good. The waiter does not speak English very well and can only communicate through translation software. Relatively cost-effective
