It didn't suit me. On the reservation site, it was listed as having a large public bath, but it was actually a private bathroom. A system where you enter in order. I have to wait until it's empty. Clean it up and leave. The towels and pajamas I rented were made with fabric softener, which I didn't like. I have never experienced towels using fabric softener at other hotels. The hallway of the accommodation floor is bitterly cold. The thermometer read 21 degrees.Depending on the price, you may get a private mixed-gender room with bunk beds. It is better to check this when making a reservation. A private room locked with a key. I wonder if there are women who are okay with that. The toilets are tankless and the entrance is stylish, which may be nice to look at, but I couldn't feel the love towards the guests.

This was my first time using a dormitory. It's located at the Shichijo Kawaramachi intersection, so I think it's easy to access. The bed and space are reasonable for the price, but you can relax and enjoy coffee or tea in the living room.

Kyoto is my second home in my heart. I am very happy that when I came to Kyoto after eight years, I could find such a good hotel. It is cheap but quiet, with high privacy. The private room is like Doraemon. The room, but the bed is very comfortable and easy to sleep on, and the staff is very kind and attentive. It can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot from JR Kyoto Station. Even if a girl stays alone, it is very safe. I will still want to stay again next time I go back to Kyoto. Check in, highly recommended

About 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The accommodation is located at the end of a narrow road. This is a calm and clean accommodation with wood grain. The staff seemed cool at first, but they were kind and explained the system carefully at check-in.You rent a private room and use the key for the private room, but you can enter the guesthouse entrance by entering the login key given to you on the day. ⇦Please note that if you lose this, you will not be able to enter the inn! There is also a coin laundry, refrigerator, and a separate kitchen. There are two baths, and although there are rules depending on the time, it's a good idea to take a bath. You can walk to the main tourist attractions, so I think it's convenient to access. It was reasonably priced and comfortable. thank you

It was my first time using a dormitory, but it was clean and had plenty of amenities, including free and paid ones, so I felt comfortable. The atmosphere at the entrance was nice and made me feel good. The room was a shared room for 4 people, so the only private space was my own bed, but I think that's worth the price. When you check in, you will be given the building code to enter and exit, so you can come and go at night or early in the morning. Early in the morning, I took a walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Chion-in Temple.

I chose Shizuya KYOTO because I liked the room's cozy feel. Only women can stay in the main house. There is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and there is a hair dryer and lotion in the washroom that you can use freely. Since it is a guest house, we need to be considerate of each other. This time, I asked for a local guided tour and was guided around Higashi Honganji Temple and Shosei-en Garden. He was a very friendly person and I enjoyed the stories he told me that I couldn't find in the guidebook.I would like to use it again when I travel to Kyoto.

Check-in time 3-7 PMThere is a lot of talk about check-in in the reviews below, and perhaps for that reason, I check the check-in time in advance by email before traveling to Japan, and when I arrive earlier than the check-in time on the check-in day and leave my luggage, I am reminded of the time and asked what time I will be returning after the trip. Ask about check-in time. It wasn't that I felt bad or anything, but I felt like they wanted to remind me again because there were so many problems.Towels and toothbrushes are available for a fee (100 yen each). In addition, dryers, toners, lotions, cotton swabs, curling irons, hair essence, cleansing water, etc. are all provided and free of charge. The dryer is a bit weak. Patience is required.I don't know what it's like in the main building, but I can clearly hear the sound of the wooden floor moving back and forth in the annex. If you are sensitive to sleep, it would be good to have earplugs.I made a reservation on the weekend and it was cheap and I used it well. The owner is also kind. GOOD~

I had an urgent plan to go to Kyoto, so I stayed at a place that was cheap and had private rooms.Check-in is at the main building between 3pm and 7pm. After that, there will be an additional charge. Considering the price, I think it can't be helped.Although it is within walking distance from Kyoto Station, it may feel a little tiring on hot summer days. If you take the city bus, Shichijo Kawaramachi is nearby.Personally, I am satisfied with the women's private room in the main building, which is ample space. However, if you are not used to staying at a guest house or are staying at a guest house for the first time, we recommend that you understand that you cannot make noise or eat or drink in your room. This was my first time staying here, and I received a ticket (unlimited times) that allows me to use the amenities (bath towel, face towel, pajamas) free of charge from next time onwards. It's great for repeat customers.I had a plan that required me to make a video call, and I felt that I was not suitable for such people (due to consideration for others and the fact that there was a lot of car noise outside). There is a bath with a bathtub in the main house, but I wonder if anyone is concerned about the bath mat getting quite wet late at night. My only request is that it would have been nice if the pillows were a little thicker.I mentioned a lot of things, but the staff were friendly and talked to me, so overall I was satisfied. It's clean and the price is low, so I'll definitely use it again.
