I stayed in this B&B for five nights with my family. The four-person room was large and very clean. I liked the separate bathroom for dry and wet areas. The sister at the counter was very kind and enthusiastic in telling us places to visit in Kyoto and how to get there. Next time we come to Kyoto, this B&B will be our first choice.

I stayed at this B&B with my parents and brother. The room was large and clean, and the FamilyMart convenience store was very close. I would like to stay here again next time.

The room was great, with kitchen, bathroom and small living room with sofa. The Taiwanese service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Staying here for 5 nights is like coming home. The convenience store is a 3-minute walk away. Close to Kyoto Central Station and the bus station, it is very convenient to travel to various tourist attractions.

Four third-year high school students stayed here. It was okay to make some noise, and there were no problems with the size of the bed. The room was clean, and I especially liked that the bath and toilet were separate and clean. There was a hair dryer, toothbrush, bath towel, and towels, but the toothbrush was painful, so I recommend bringing your own.It also had a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric pods, table, etc. which was great. The owner is not a pure Japanese person, but he is fluent in Japanese, and some people think the service is terrible, but this is not a hotel after all, so it was more than adequate. The security measures were perfect and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind.

The owner was friendly and very easy to talk to. I also appreciated that they were not only friendly but also flexible with reservations and other matters. As for the facilities in the room, it was very well equipped, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there.
