The overall accommodation experience is very good. I will stay here again next time.-Service: Very enthusiastic and patient! The long-haired waitress at the counter assisted us with the Airporter luggage problem in the afternoon of the check-in day, and helped complete the luggage delivery service on the day of check-out.-Room: The twin room is very clean and comfortable, with enough space to store luggage, but the view outside the window is average.-Breakfast: not used-Transportation: It is about a 6-minute walk from Toji Station. There is an Aeon supermarket and a few izakayas nearby.-Equipment: There is a public bath, but it is not used.-Price: Reasonable

Wonderful hotel with clean and spacious rooms, all the amenities including an onsen.It's super close to the Toji station for connectivity, and also the main Kyoto station.Staff were really helpful, especially in booking our luggage to Tokyo. Would definitely recommend staying here.A minor point of feedback would be to add more Western breakfast items.

During commuting hours around 8 a.m. on weekdays, large buses park on the road in front of the hotel, which is very annoying. I think they have the courage to block off half of National Route 1 during the busy morning hours, but if there is no place to park the bus, I think they should make the guests walk to a place where they can park.

I used it at workThe room was new and clean.It was a little larger than the business type.The bathroom was a shower only type, but I didn't feel any inconvenience.It was quiet at night and I could sleep well.There seems to be a large public bath, but this time I stayed. Did not useIt's right next to Kyoto Station, and there's a high-speed interchange nearby.There's an Aeon in front of it, and a convenience store is about a 5-minute walk, so it's very convenient.Breakfast starts at 7am, so I wasn't able to use it due to work commitments in the morning. I felt a little inconvenienced by the early start.

The location is in a good place.There is Aeon across the road and it is about a 5 minute walk to Kyoto Station ☝️The room was nice and clean 😀There is only a shower 🚿, but there is also a large public bath ♨ on the basement floor, so it's not a problem.The bathhouse was large enough for 5.6 people and had 10 washing stations. (One of them was out of order)Although it was small, there was a sauna and a cold bath.18 lockersAll rooms are non-smoking 🚭️, but there is a smoking room 🚬 on the 1st floor.However, given the location, I understand that passengers can board and disembark within 5 minutes, but is it possible to load suitcases from 30 people in 5 minutes?Also, there was a cardboard box worth of trash, so when I asked at the front desk if I could take it away, I was told that there would be a charge. . . (1000 yen)I had never received such kind of response before, so I felt the service was bad💦

Hotel located away from Kyoto, requiring you to take public transport to visit the city. Small but well-equipped rooms. Advantage of the hotel, it has a large onsen with sauna. Simple but decent breakfast.

I stayed here for sightseeing. It was convenient as it was about a 10 minute walk from Kyoto Station. There is a coin parking lot nearby, so I used that. It was 1,200 yen for 24 hours after parking, so it was a good deal as I was able to sightsee by bus and taxi the next day. The room was spacious and there was a sauna in the public bath, so I had a great time. Breakfast had a lot of variety and there were many tables, so I was very happy. Thank you for your help.
