I used it when traveling alone. Our plan was just over 20,000 yen on a weekday before the fall foliage, but it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded the price! Our room was in the main building, but it was very clean and spacious, and we were able to relax. The bathroom and toilet in the room were unit, but the whole room was new and well-cleaned.Women could use the open-air bath at night. There is one indoor bath and one outdoor bath.It was quiet and calm, the temperature was perfect, and I had a relaxing time.I was surprised to find a ReFa shower head and a Dyson hair dryer!I made a reservation under the women's plan, and the room also had a NanoE hair dryer and a NanoCare facial massager, so I was very happy. The private jacuzzi is not a hot spring, but it was very spacious and the best. It was nice to be able to adjust the water temperature by myself. The kaiseki meal for dinner was also wonderful, especially the appetizer of sesame tofu and dried persimmon naruto rolls. It was voluminous and left me full until the last dessert. The young staff members were attentive and attentive, which left a good impression. The nearby convenience store is about a 7-minute walk, but it's quite dark at night, so we recommend that you finish your shopping before entering.Overall, the cost performance was good and I was very satisfied with the stay.I would love to visit you again!

The hotel was probably originally built as a corporate resort.[Good point]・It's small but has a good atmosphere.・The staff's response was very good.・The bedrock bath can be used for a fee. (Since you can hear the voices of the guests talking during the scene, it would be better if you play some relaxing background music.)[Not good points]・For those who came to enjoy the large public bath, the bath is small and the water power of the shower is weak, which is disappointing.

Stayed for 3 people in November 2023.Since it was the fall foliage season, there was traffic congestion and the local bus was delayed, so we arrived more than two hours late.I'm glad I was able to eat dinner early. Thank you very much. The sparkling wine served as a welcome drink seemed to have lost its bubbles, but I was able to listen to the check-in instructions while drinking it.The amount of dinner is just right, but I would have been full if I had a little more.Breakfast was a common menu, so I had to prepare a bit more for breakfast at a ryokan! I'm impressed.I'd like to go stay alone next time, but I can't make a reservation for a single night on the official website, so I hope I can make a reservation for a single night. It was a good inn.

Although it is a small thing, I would like to write down my dissatisfaction first.First, check-in was a little difficult to understand. When I arrived at the store, the instruction email said that I would be able to self-check in at a terminal, so I looked for one, but couldn't find one. Also, the person who was in charge of explaining the check-in was speaking in a low voice and speaking too fast, making it difficult to understand. It was a small detail, but there was an omission in the explanation. I wish they had explained that yukatas are available at the front desk. I was looking for a yukata in my room. The second problem was that the small bath was small and the washing and changing rooms were occupied after only three guests used it.In particular, there was only one sink in the changing room, so I had to be careful about when to use it.I wanted to use the public bath, but it was reserved for women the entire time I stayed, so I would like men to be able to use it not only in the morning but also late at night. The third point was that the light bulb in the room was about to burn out. This didn't bother me much at night.Other than these complaints, I thought the quality of the room and the standard of the food were very good considering the price.Especially the food was delicious.Young people were often in charge of customer service, so I got the impression that they were doing their best.I think it would be better if you paid a little more attention to the details.

Stayed in a Western-style twin room in the main building at the beginning of August. The famous Sengokuhara is nearby. Both the exterior and interior of the building were new and clean. There are two hot springs, a large bath and a small bath. The men and women took turns. I only went to the public bath, but I was surprised to find that the hair dryer and shower head were refurbished! There were three hair dryers in the changing room, one of which was a Refa.I also reserved a private jacuzzi, but there was no ventilation fan in the changing room, so it smelled half-dried. The animal smell was amazing. The jacuzzi itself was beautiful. What I liked most was the food.We had Japanese and Western food for breakfast and dinner, and they were all delicious. The hospitality of the staff was very high and I felt very comfortable. There seems to be an annex, so I'd like to stay there next time!I was a little disappointed that there was no shop and the access was a bit difficult.

It was a very nice stay!I'm sure some people are getting worried after seeing the low reviews, so I'll make some changes.・The taste of dinner is below average.→It's just delicious. It may be inferior to luxury inns or inns that focus on food, butIn mid-July, a total of 66,000 yen for two people in a special room is reasonable.・There is an explanation about yukata at the front desk.・Service at check-inOne word: wonderful. You can also choose wine for your welcome drink."It's perfectly fine while drinking, so please take your time and listen!"He politely guided me around the facility with a smile.・Lack of foodThis is a typical amount for kaiseki. For the final meal, you can get refills of delicious fresh furikake and koshihikari (you can also choose a large serving). So I don't understand that this is less. The person in charge of cooking and the man at the front deskEveryone was very courteous.I wonder if the people who are giving low ratings have a bad attitude as "customers" in the first place. The sashimi was very delicious.I will visit you again if I have a chance.

I visited here on my first trip to Hakone with my girlfriend.Even though I was lost and uncertain about my future, they were very kind to me.We had food both in the evening and in the morning, and the venue had a relaxed atmosphere, all the staff were friendly, and the food was healthy and delicious. It was a great time.I previously stayed at Naruko Fuga, which is a affiliated hotel, and I felt it was very good, so I decided to come to Hakone Fuga as well, but I think Fuga will be my first choice for future trips.Overall, I had so many good memories at this inn that I would have regretted spending just one night there.thank you very much!postscriptI don't know what the long, orange fruit on the cake and fruit plate I received in my room is, so if you don't mind, please let me know! It was delicious!

I visited the annex for the first time right after it opened, and it was so good that I wanted to come back, but even if the annex was empty for two people, they only had slots available on weekdays and middle days. I made my second visit to.Immediately after opening, before the coronavirus pandemic, and after the coronavirus pandemic, various services were no longer available, which was disappointing...I also found out on the travel site that the bedrock bath, which was free, was now chargeable. The free drinks in the annex were completely removed, and I was shocked to find that even the coffee machine in the room was gone.Other reviews said that it included juice, etc., but it only came with one 500ml bottle of water. This may vary depending on the plan...The annex has an open-air hot spring, so you need to replenish your hydration every time you take a bath, but it's definitely not possible with just one bottle of water. It's my fault that I had high expectations from my previous visit, but I didn't think I'd have a problem with drinks, so I didn't bring any and went to the convenience store to buy some. (Vending machines are expensive)It's a good change that the shower head and hair dryer in the public bath have been changed to branded products, but I think the customers would be happier if the service in the annex was a little more like before, rather than spending money on this. Masu.(There is a water server in the public bath, so at least put a water server there...)There are more female staff than before, and everyone seemed young, but the atmosphere was soft, the smiles were lovely, and the customer service was pleasant. In the past, I was probably the last one to arrive, so out of respect, I was given a ride to Togendai, but the standard pick-up service is at the bus stop, so I'd be happy if there was a pick-up service to the station, even if it was only once at ○ o'clock.
