Twin accommodation with open-air bath and room meals. The sound of the river is completely soundproofed. There is also a large public bath and a private bath (which is good because reservations are not required) to help relieve your fatigue. The ice bar (night) and milk (morning) service is also nice. This is a perfect accommodation.

It's about 10 minutes from the station, but the scenery along the way was beautiful and the time went by quickly!The service was plentiful, the food was delicious, and the room and hotel interior were clean!The customer service was good and I had a relaxing time!

it is only our second day at this hotel, 3 more left, but I can already tell that this is a very very good place in Hakone. We feel very lucky to being able to book a room here- it is fantastic! location, amenities, breakfast quality - everything is beautiful. Thank you team!

Use of maternity courseThe bathroom was average, not bad.The face towels were reused, frayed, and disgusting.More and more drinks are no longer available for all-you-can-drink drinks. I wanted to drink orange juice 🍊Other than the main dishes that you can choose from, the food feels like a mishmash of business supermarkets, and I'm not impressed. The white rice was delicious.In my case, I didn't like the menu being different from that of pregnant women. It would have been better to create a common topic if the same thing was published, but I would like confirmation whether it should be different or unified. My wife also wants to eat sashimi so I feel guilty.All-you-can-drink at meal time Normal all-you-can-drink wife was an upgraded soft drink version. I was also recommended to upgrade, but since I don't drink alcohol in the first place, I didn't really see any benefit in upgrading.The ice cream after taking a bath doesn't taste good.Milk drink service in the morning is good.Overall, it's worth the price.Since it's a Kyoritsu resort, I'm satisfied with the customer service.

There is an unmanned all-you-can-drink alcohol bar corner on the floor, but even though check-in had just begun, it was empty, much to the chagrin of customers who came to drink. All-you-can-drink dinner is served at 5:50pm and 8:00pm. The restaurant was busy with a free small bowl of soy sauce ramen available from 10:00pm.

A kind young lady guided me to the parking lot.Go around past ``Okada'' and ``Nanpuso'' and find yourself near Yasakayu.From there, I got into the young lady's car and returned to the hotel.From the open-air bath in room 202, you can see foreigners strolling along the Sukumo River.In August, there are also flocks of dragonflies.If you don't want to see it, just close the glass shoji and it's semi-open air.At night, it's great to see the former Iwasaki residence lit up.Wet floors are slippery.When I opened the glass window of the private hot spring bath on the 6th floor, the light from the garden and the hotel next door was beautiful.In the public bath, you can choose between shampoo and conditioner. I'm glad I have my favorite Dove.The dinner I chose was served in my room by a handsome man (a nice, hard-working, well-educated guy).It's stylish and delicious.In particular, the soy milk soup in the shabu-shabu hotpot is so delicious that I end up drinking it all.I watched a refreshing sunrise🌄 from the rooftop. It looks like it's going to be hot again.Breakfast was in a semi-private room.If only there was one more twist to the miso soup (Aosa, makifu, and Asatsuki) 💯I reserved a car for the first train from the hotel to the parking lot at 10am.2024 8 23

I could hear the sound of the river from the open-air bath in the room, which was a nice place.It's about a 10 minute walk from the station, but there's a lot of traffic so I think it's faster to walk.

I walked from the station, and although it took me a while to find the place, the return trip went by in a blink of an eye.The food is delicious (choose shabu-shabu)All-you-can-drink alcohol is a great plan for those who drink a lot.This is the first time I've seen a hotel that has a bar with alcohol and soft drinks that you can drink all day long, even outside of meals. You don't need vending machines or convenience stores.Megrhythm and the chocolate service before going to bed were something I had never seen before at La Vista, so it was a nice touch.I was a little disappointed that the yukata was free at most La Vistas, but I had to pay for this one.It's a wonderful hotel with nothing else to say.

It's a bit of a walk from Hakone Yumoto, but it's located along the river, so you can relax while listening to the sound of the river from your room.It was an inn run by Kyoritsu Resort, so I had high expectations for the atmosphere, cleanliness, and delicious food. All of them did not disappoint and we had a great time. I was able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in peace. Since it's Kyoritsu-san, of course we'll have Yacara Soba (ramen) too! .

I stayed here to celebrate my parents' birthday. While celebrating with my family at the dinner table, I was deeply moved by the courteous support and service provided by the staff at the table. thank you very much.Also, all the dishes are delicious and voluminous, and the whole family is very satisfied.The room was well-maintained, clean, and I felt comfortable. The customer service from all the staff I encountered at the front desk and lobby was good and I felt comfortable.My parents were very happy and I'm glad we were able to spend our anniversary here. This is a recommended inn where I would like to stay again.

A Dormy Inn hotel chain affiliated with Kyoritsu Resorts that is well-known nationwide and serves night-naki soba noodles. Like Yukimihana in Gora in Hakone, this is a high-grade inn within the Kyoritsu Resort.Each room in the hotel, equipped with an open-air bath, and each spa facility have a timeless beauty, an efficient floor plan and equipment that reduces waste to a minimum, and yet have an extremely strong design, with an edgy Hakone ornamental design. The appearance of the facility is also amazing.You will be surprised by the operation of filling the open-air bath in a different room and adding hot water compared to other long-established luxury inns.This is a very strategically prepared facility that makes the most of the small space. The spirit of SDGs is also wonderful. It will be interesting to see if you can lead the customers who use it (completely different industry, very helpful)The same idea is reflected in the food, the taste is reliable, and the staff are well-trained in customer service.Hakone prices are high, but the customer base is mostly young, so I guess the value is worth it.I'm excited about Kyoritsu Resort's challenge and its future as a reference to the world's purchasing experience trends, as opposed to star resorts. This is a nice inn where the theme of the moon is conveyed through the sense of decoration on the rooftop.I definitely recommend staying there once, it's nice (^^)

My boyfriend, who is overseas, finally came to Japan after the pandemic calmed down, and we used it on our first trip to Hakone.I was excited from the moment I made the reservation because I wanted to please my boyfriend, who loves traditional Japanese culture.We have a lot of allergies, so we were worried that we might not be able to enjoy the meal as much as we wanted, but...they took care of us well, and the cute presentation that reminded us of a ``Moon Inn'' was wonderful, and the flavors were delicate and delicious! !Furthermore, the male staff member who was in charge of serving the food said to him, ``You're good at Japanese, aren't you?'', which allayed my concerns.When I read the reviews here, the service wasn't very good, so I thought it would be a shame if the customer service was dry. I thought that the best part of Japanese customer service was warmth and closeness, so I wanted him to feel the greatness of Japanese customer service in that way. The communication from Mr. K, who served the food, made him very excited and I felt very happy as well.There are various forms of customer service, such as polite customer service, kind customer service, and customer service that does what is prescribed, but I believe that customer service that moves people's hearts is one that the person doing the customer service truly enjoys and translates into action. I felt that. All rooms have open-air baths, and there are free drink corners on the 1st and 3rd floors, where you can drink beer, wine, and liqueurs as much as you like. The meals included elaborate dishes for dinner and breakfast, and the portions were plentiful, so I was satisfied, but the room meal plan was quite strange, with the couple sitting side by side on the sofa while watching TV. The chairs in the breakfast room were so sunken that it was difficult to sit, making it unsuitable for eating.I felt comfortable taking a bath in the open-air bath while listening to the sound of the river, but there was no washing area and the shower room was far away, which was inconvenient.Also, I was surprised that the hair dryer in the room was quite old, and in the morning, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the shower room, which was disgusting.I have used Kyoritsu Resort several times, but there were a few disappointing things about the inns.

I stayed for 4 consecutive nights on weekdays last week.It is located in a relatively quiet area, 6 to 8 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto Station, but the adjacent road is narrow. The parking lot is parked, and it's barely there at Fugue.The response at the reception lobby was also on point. There are roughly two types of rooms, one facing the river and the other facing the mountain. Our house was on the mountain side, so the room was dimly lit throughout the day. Well, this would be good too.The room had a large TV, an electric kettle, a 350ml bottle of water (because I was alone?), and a sweatshirt? It's like a loungewear.There is an open-air bath on the balcony, and there are two sets of towels, a bath towel and a face towel. It was probably prepared for the open-air bath and large public bath in the room. Moreover, the fabric of this towel is really good!There are also two types of private baths. No reservations are required for both, and you can use them as you like if they are available.Free popsicles are available at the meeting points at these bathhouses. From 7am to 10am, milk and coffee milk are of course free.I wonder if the cleaning time for those bathhouses was around 3pm? First of all, it was at a time when there were no customers, and the room also had an open-air bath, so it wasn't a problem.I was thrilled to see that there were two types of tea sweets, two green tea bags, and two coffees on the table in front of the TV, a lot for one person.There are also many types of lighting. You can enjoy various lights, there are plenty of electrical outlets, and there is also a small alarm clock.A pair of loungewear that looks like a sweatshirt. We don't have yukata, but you can borrow one if you go to the lobby. Well, it's rare to see people walking around the streets of Hakone in yukata, so this is fine.You can also adjust the air conditioner yourself.There are free drink corners near the lobby on the first floor and in front of the elevators on the third floor. You can enjoy soft drinks and coffee on the 1st floor, and soft drinks, beer, and sparkling wine on the 3rd floor for this price!It was a highly recommended accommodation for us.
