It was a quiet and comfortable hotel. The front of the room was facing the bus route, so there was a bit of noise in the morning, but other than that, everything in the room, including the equipment and fixtures, was comfortable and I was able to truly relax. As a tea lover, there were many different types of tea available in the room. thank you very much.

I stayed in Okazaki because I wanted to spend a quiet time. It's far from the downtown area, so you can relax. The room is generally comfortable. It is a service drink, but if children are not allowed, it is for adults. Two beers.I would like to mention it because I think that if it is a slightly higher quality fruit juice, etc., the class will be even higher. In the morning, I took a walk to Nanzenji Temple. It said it would take 15 minutes, but it was closer than I expected, and it was within walking distance of Heian Shrine.

I stayed at Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei in Okazaki for the first time. |I chose a room on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building overlooking the temple. …

Regarding the staff member who checked in with me this time (the woman whose name tag was written in katakana), her responses to my questions were very aggressive and her expression seemed to be displeased, making me very uncomfortable. I felt it. As a customer service worker, I would like to be more polite and considerate in order to give customers a sense of security. If possible, it would be helpful if you could provide thorough training before serving customers. We look forward to future improvements.

Probably the best hotel I have been in in years (not something I say lightly). The hotel décor is beautiful minimalist and room design equally pleasing.  …

I think this is one of the top quality hotels in Kyoto, where there are many luxury hotels.Overall, you will get a lodging experience that is a step above the accommodation cost. The luxurious interior of the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms is top class compared to other Kyoto hotels. It's a small luxury hotel, so it doesn't have a majestic atmosphere, but I think they've put a lot of thought into the furnishings and interior. The fresh flowers in the lobby are of the highest quality, as expected from a top Japanese hotel. You can see that the hospitality of the hotel staff is extremely well-educated.This may be due to the small number of customers, but the overall service is relaxed (=luxury). The food is also very delicious and plentiful. You can also specify your breakfast time in advance, so you can enjoy it calmly and quietly. If I had to pick out any drawbacks, it would be the poor access and sightseeing around the area.Compared to Higashiyama and Kawaramachi, access from Kyoto Station is poor.As for sightseeing in the surrounding area, the Kyocera Museum of Art is a famous place, but it is a little far away. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so taxis are the best option for sightseeing. However, it was great that Okazaki Shrine was next door and gave me the opportunity to visit it.

It was a great stay in a small hotel. There was a wide variety of tea bags, Nespresso was available, and drinks in the fridge were free.Personally, the Kabusecha was delicious🍵Access is poor, so I think you'll have to take a taxi or bus.
