A ryokan-style accommodation located in downtown Kyoto. It was easy to travel by bus from Kyoto Station, and it was also convenient to visit tourist attractions by taking the subway near the accommodation. There was the Kamo River nearby, so it was nice to take a walk.I booked a room for 4 people, and the interior was spacious and nice. There are two coin laundry machines and two coin dryers installed on the first floor. The bathroom is very narrow. There are almost no shops or restaurants around the accommodation, so it feels deserted at night.

A Japanese experience living like in Japan it was incredible sleeping and eating while sitting down it was something to do. I also wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and especially Hiroshi for the advice he gave us and his good humor to motivate us for the day. It was a top experience and worth repeating. To relive the Japanese experience. If you like to live the Japanese experience, try this opportunity then this hotel is in a very quiet place and located nowhere from the center of Kyoto and public transport including the train and the bus and also close to restaurants.

Great place to stay the rooms are clean and neat. You have to stay at a Ryokan at least once to get the full Japanese experience. Hiroshi was wondering always there to help if you need to find a place to go in Kyoto.

This is my first time writing a Google review. It was my trip to Kyoto in February 2024, and it suddenly occurred to me, so I'm writing this. I went there because I wanted to go to a ryokan, and I was very satisfied, so I'm leaving a review. It's a bit unfortunate, but it's a bit far from tourist attractions and restaurants (you can get to the ryokan by bus) (Get off almost in front) It's quiet, so it has its own charm. It's worth walking to the tourist attractions,, no, it really doesn't take that long. The neighborhood is pretty, so it really doesn't take that long if you walk. There is also a convenience store nearby, so it’s convenient.Above all, the staff were very friendly, one of them tried to learn Korean, and when I asked if he could call me a taxi when checking out, he did so right away, carried all my luggage for the taxi, and even greeted me when I left, which was very touching. We were both surprised at first because it was bigger than the hot spring bath. You can also go into the bathhouse when you can. It's a bit small, but it was really nice to relax while looking out the window. If you want to feel a real ryokan, go here. I'm thinking of going to Iryokan again when I go to Kyoto again.
