I had wanted to go there for a long time, but I couldn't make a reservation for myself, so I found a tour that included lunch, so I decided to join.I took a bus from Kyoto Station, avoided traffic jams, took the expressway around the Kyoto Racecourse, and then drove through the mountain roads from around Kameoka to arrive in less than 3 hours. There were some places along the way where a large bus would barely be able to get there. The dish starts with clams and baijiu, followed by carp, butterbur, sorghum, urui, cod sprouts, dokkatsu, raw deer ham, amago, kogomi, eel, salmon, cherry salmon, nobiru, bamboo shoots, bracken, rape blossoms, wild boar bacon, and Miyamasou. The food and ingredients that can only be tasted continued. The story of the landlady and the service of the staff were also pleasant. I would definitely like to visit again.

A shop that makes you feel very happy🍀Although it is in Kyoto city, Hanase is located in the mountains, very far from the city, and the shop is located at the end of a narrow road that can be difficult if you are not used to driving⛰️They explained each dish carefully, but the one thing I couldn't remember was the water dishes.Even when I was full, the food was gentle on the palate and had a nice aroma. The picked grass dishes in spring, sweetfish in early summer, and matsutake mushrooms in autumn were all delicious and made me feel a sense of happiness.I don't have high hopes for it, but my dream is to stay overnight in the winter and eat wild game food.
