The room was dusty and the air conditioner had mold and was uncomfortable. Rusty shaving foam was lined up in the public bath, and the chairs and tubs were left with mold. I didn't feel any hospitality from Mr. Nakai, and he ended up coming into the room even though I was preparing to check out.I understand that it is a long-established inn and the building is old, but I wish they would pay more attention to hygiene and customer service.

A 45-minute private open-air bath, breakfast in the room, and round-trip transportation to Kaga Onsen Station are available for about 14,000 yen. The building is quite old and has a unique smell inside. Reservations for pick up and drop off can be made by phone at 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00. There are two return shuttles, the last one at 9:45. Since there were no people and it was a private bus, we left earlier than planned and made it to the Ishikawa line at 10:02 with plenty of time. Please note that the number of trains is infrequent, and there is only one train per hour. The private open-air bath has a washing area for three people, and shampoo etc. are provided by Pola. There is one hair dryer. I feel safe because I can lock the inside key. Children's chairs and toys are also available for free rental. There are two types, but the design is different but the hot water is the same. From midnight, men and women will be able to enter freely, so if you couldn't get in, you might want to go inside. The large public bath has a tsuboyu and an indoor bath. There are also many washrooms. Showa retro design. The tsuboyu is 100% sourced and is lukewarm and easy to soak. Yunohana too. I think it's an irresistible feature for hot spring lovers. Free cold water. There are also hair dryers, fans, cotton swabs, lotions, lotions, etc.Breakfast is available from 7:30 and 8:00. Meals are reserved in a separate room. The rice and miso soup are served after entering the room. There are also chan-chan-yaki and shabu-shabu, which are lit in the style of a ryokan.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to take a hot spring bath, but it's rather expensive considering the facilities and facilities, and it doesn't have the cleanliness of a new building, so it's a little scary because it's old. Everyone was kind and helpful. There is a footbath at the entrance.

I used the Hokuriku support discount. When you look at the building from the parking lot, you will be surprised at how old it is.Although the room with a hot spring bath on the top floor was noticeably old, I was able to enjoy the hot spring and relax. The deliciousness of the food is amazingThis is the perfect inn for preschoolers to make their hot spring debut.

There was so much food that I couldn't finish it all, and everything was delicious. The rice cooked in the pot was also delicious. When I arrived at the parking lot, the building was so old that I could almost hear it. However, in this day and age of price hikes, the prices are kept very reasonable. I don't understand why people complain about this. It's definitely old and has some dust! However, it is a good inn if you consider it to be a culinary inn with a nice open-air bath. When I came here a few years ago, I stayed at a beautiful inn higher up called Spa, but if I come next time I would like to stay at this inn again. Also, there aren't that many sightseeing spots around the inn, so I thought it would be a good idea to stay here and go sightseeing in the Yamanaka Onsen town, which is a few minutes away by car. The sightseeing parking lot was free, and I enjoyed seeing souvenir shops lined up in rows.

I stayed here once when I was a student, and the hospitality was good. This time, there was a room available during Golden Week, so I made a reservation and went to stay. The location of the inn is about 10 minutes walk from Kosoyu and Soyu, and there is a Lawson near the inn, so it is not bad for convenience. The room is a traditional Japanese style room. The hot spring bath was open 24 hours a day, and the open-air bath was reserved once, so it was very nice. The food was average, neither good nor bad.The problem is Nakai-san.When I got on the elevator to go to the dining hall, Nakai-san was already on board, and I was talking to a friend about how the dining venue was on the first floor. there is no! ! There is nothing on the first floor! '' So I got off on the second floor and there was indeed a dining hall, but since we were eating in a private room, I was wandering around until another Nakai-san said to me, ``Customers should go to the dining area on the first floor.'' I was guided back to the first floor.I was irritated by Mr. Nakai's pretentious way of speaking at the beginning, but I was now quite uncomfortable when I realized that it was a mistake.I was very disappointed because the travel expenses were not cheap at all. There are many other good accommodations in the Yamashiro Onsen area, so I will never stay there again.

Stayed with baby plan. When I was cradling my child who was sleepy and crying during dinner, I was surprised to hear Mr. Nakai say to the child, ``I understand, it's just a parent's ego,'' as if to reassure him. Dinner was delicious, but the sarcasm made me feel intoxicated.Mr. Nakai's statement is not something that someone at an inn who does a baby plan (to fulfill the parents' egos) would say.It seemed like he was talking without thinking about other people, and at this point it was no longer fun.The room was in its prime, but it was very dusty and moldy, making it impossible to spend time without turning off the air conditioner (there was a strange smell from the air) and opening the windows to ventilate the room.Even after ventilation, the air quality remained so bad that the family was coughing in the morning. Also, the wooden stairs leading to the bathtub were damaged and warped due to humidity. If it isn't repaired, it won't be strange if someone gets injured. It may have been nice in the past, but I felt it was terrible that a room that had deteriorated over time to the point of being uncomfortable was still being touted as the best room.I didn't feel well received throughout my stay, and the accommodation prices were high and unreasonable.I was prepared to go after reading the reviews, but it wasn't as good as I expected.
