It's not bad, but it's a shame that you can't see the BS.

It was my first time staying here, but it's generally a good place to stay. Even though it's modern, I liked the fact that it was analog in many ways.Does 12,000 yen for a room without meals seem expensive? It feels reasonable.

Stayed for 2 nights on Sun and Moon in July. Stayed in room 402. First of all, I can't believe that the toilet doesn't have a ventilation fan. Ventilation hole? There is a smell, but since there is no air flow, the smell gets stuck. Since it is old, there is no coin laundry, and you have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the front desk, which is difficult for people with heavy luggage or weak legs. Also, even if you rent a car, you will have a hard time finding a parking spot. Even though it was a weekday, all parking lots refused entry. Refusal of entry. Refusal of entry...! Where on earth can I park? In the end, it took 30 minutes just to find a parking spot. The cleanliness of the room is average. Other than the fact that it was relatively cheap, there was nothing special about it, and I was forced to experience only inconveniences, so to be honest, as I write this on the second day of my stay, I'm feeling really low. I probably won't be staying here again, at least not on a rental car trip. Really a parking lot. This is everything. I was left with a strong sense of futility. If you must go by car, please use Mitsui's Repark Sapporo Station South Exit Parking Lot (2200 yen/24 hours) or Sosei Square (2400 yen/24 hours). Even if there are spaces available, you will be refused entry to the places introduced on the website, and many other places do not accommodate lodging, so it is a waste of time to search.

I used it on the last day of the holidays. It's close to Sapporo Station, so you can easily walk there even if you bring a suitcase. However, there is a semi-spiral staircase leading up to the reception on the second floor, so it may be a bit difficult for elderly people or those with heavy luggage. This time, there were three of us, and we were able to use a very valuable room.Since the building is old, I can't write about the details, but it's a surprising, nostalgic, and mysterious space (lol). The room was spacious and the air conditioner was far more effective than the hotel in Hakodate where I stayed the night before.Although I couldn't enjoy the scenery outside, I had a very comfortable time!We had dinner at Susukino, but it was within walking distance, so we had lots of fun on the way, including seeing the tram and seeing the TV tower lit up!I wanted to borrow an iron, so I called the front desk, and the man was polite. There was an extension cord in the room, but I didn't have enough, so I asked the front desk for another one, and they kindly lent it to me.Before returning the rental car, when I checked in at the parking lot in front of the hotel, I asked them to temporarily store my luggage as I was planning to return immediately after returning the rental car, so I asked if they could take it to my room. I am lowering the overall star because the female front desk person told me this and there was a spiral staircase to the front desk.As you can see, the hotel is not large, but I had planned to return the rental car and buy a ticket for the next day in Sapporo, and even if I refused to temporarily store it, as you can see, the hotel is not large, so if possible, I would like to stay in my room. I think there are many ways to say it.There was also a woman at the front desk at check-out, but she responded with a business response and said, "Thank you."

There is a peculiar smell typical of an old hotel, but other than that, 10,000,000 stars... Good location, good service, spacious, massage chair, and this quality at this price in Japan. Next time I go to Sapporo, I want to go again.

This location is extremely convenient for hopping on the bus to tour all the major landmarks of Sapporo. Most importantly the rooms are particularly clean and the staff are friendly. I stayed as a family with a 21 month toddler. The only downsides is that there is no elevator from the ground to the main lobby (1 floor up) and that the windows don’t have safety railing.
