Some people write about the guesthouse and the owner, but they are very thorough in explaining the rooms, the rules inside the guesthouse, sightseeing in Nemuro, etc.The rooms are also clean. There are important points to note due to the fact that it is a guest house and the location, and it seems that the owners (including the previous one) are having a hard time with it.If you don't understand that, I think you should stay at a business hotel.By the way, it was even more difficult with the previous owner.☆For first-time users・If you need a parking space when making a reservation, please be sure to let us know in advance.I always make reservations through Booking.com, and after the reservation is made, I can communicate with them, so I can tell them my mode of transportation, whether by car, motorcycle, or train.Parking is limited, so please be sure to contact us if you would like to use the parking lot.・Basically, the owner is only present at the time of check-in, so please arrive on time (be sure to contact him if you will be late).Check-in late at night puts a burden on the owner.・About motorcyclesThe guest house is located a little deeper in a residential area. It's between houses (gravel, and there's a slope), so I think large bikes will have a hard time. And the rule here is, as a general rule, don't start your motorcycle engine near your accommodation. It may have been a coincidence, but the old man across the street was always looking at the inn.If it is a large bike, you may not be able to turn it back if it gets inside, so if you are not confident, it is better to consult the owner in advance.*Priority is given to cars in the parking lot. It's a downward slope from the school side towards the accommodation, so I stopped the engine at the school intersection and coasted down. When I leave, I get off to the Taiei side and then start the engine.-Of course, the owner will explain how to use the facility, so be sure to listen. We can provide you with detailed information on the rules of the accommodation, facility information, restaurants, tourist information, etc.・Some people want to spend a quiet time, so please take it in moderation.Travelers can have lively conversations with each other, which I think is the best part of staying at a guesthouse, but please remember to be considerate of those around you.It may get quite lively during the Sanma Festival, but it's still fun, so why not join the crowd?I think it's a very nice place to stay if you follow the rules.Taiei's main store is within 5 minutes, and you can walk to the town's bar district.*There was a comment about the owner being in a bad mood, but I think that's your problem.

I didn't want to share a room, so I booked a room for two.I was planning to go see the sunrise, so I thought I'd take a good rest early, but I decided to stay in the living room. room facingStudent? A group of 5 or 6 people are staying here, and we can hang out in the living room as if it were our home. The talking is loud and when I walk, I walk so hard that the sound echoes and it's noisy.I couldn't relax at allNever come again

This is a guest house in Nemuro. The parking lot in front of the entrance and 70m away is gravel. Since there are residences nearby, it may be better to park in a separate parking lot in front of the entrance. I stayed in a private room and it was clean. There is a bar within 10 minutes' walk, and a local convenience store is also nearby.

It was renovated from an old house and has a sense of age, but it is very clean and comfortable. It has 4 parking spaces attached and costs 300 yuan per night. The interior of the house is a two-story building with 3-4 rooms on the first floor, one bathroom and two bathrooms. There is a bathroom, and the kitchen is equipped with many supplies (instant noodles, coffee). The owner is an old gentleman who is very kind and polite. He is willing to give tourists a lot of advice and help. He does not live here, so you have to make an appointment with him to check in.
