It’s amazing stayed in Air Furano,the room is nice and clean. Strong recommend!

The pension was very clean, the two people were very kind, and the breakfast was prepared with great care so I enjoyed it.If you go to Furano, be sure to visit. It's a place I want to visit again next time.It’s a different warm feeling from a hotel^^

Was looking for a good place to stay in Furano for our second visit during the green season, and wanted to stay in a place that is more intimate than a hotel. So we chose Air Furano and were more than happy with our selection. Rika’s and Gareth’s B&B is fantastic and very cyclist friendly which was another important factor for our choice to stay there. Rika’s home style breakfast with local produce was a standout and is very tasty and filling. The location is also great with cafes and restaurants close by. You don’t need to be a cyclist or skier to stay there, it’s just a wonderful and comfortable place. Do yourself a favour and stay at Air Furano!

I had a great time with the appropriate location and friendly service. The interior is spacious and you can spend your time comfortably.

This hotel was just opened in July 2023 and is run by a husband and wife team.Both the exterior and interior are very beautiful and cute. The room is spacious and fully equipped with facilities (USB, Wi-Fi, power outlet, Samue, hair dryer, electric kettle, etc.).I made a reservation for a twin room, but since it wasn't crowded, I was able to upgrade to a quadruple room. It was so spacious and beautiful that I felt relaxed and at home.We received soba tea, matcha cake, and strawberries as welcome drinks.Breakfast was 2000 yen, which I added on later, but it was well worth the price. The plates and bread homemade by the wife were delicious, and the bacon was thick. The cocotte with stew of cod and potatoes, and the mushroom potage had a strong mushroom flavor and were so delicious that I ended up eating way too much.If I come to Hokkaido again, I would like to use it again.It's close to the bus stop, but the buses are infrequent, so if you don't have a car, we recommend taking a taxi.

A new pension that has been open for just over a year. The owner is a former nurse and her husband is British. The owner, who has traveled all over the world, decided to open a restaurant in his hometown of Furano to invite customers from other countries. Since the wife is fluent in English and the husband is fluent in Japanese, there are many customers from overseas. Both of them have a wonderful service spirit and I am impressed by their courteous customer service. The simple and clean rooms are quite spacious and relaxing compared to traditional pension standards. Also, the breakfast is very delicious using fresh vegetables purchased from Furano farmers.

Great accomodation, gracious hosts, delicious meals, all in one. Gareth and Rika hosted our family during our family cycling tour led by Gareth. With Gareth’s local know-how, it was a fabulous introduction to the beauty, serenity, and the onsens of Hokkaido.

Air furanoThe best B&B I have ever stayed in (opened in 2023). The room is spacious, clean and tidy. You can also ask the B&B owner if you need to change the towels in the room or take out the trash. The boss is British and the lady boss speaks English very well, so there is no problem in communication.The hotel is about a 7-10 minute walk from the North Peak. There are shuttle buses at 8:15 and 8:45 every morning to help connect you to the ski resort. You can make a reservation with the boss the night before! There is also a drying room for ski equipment. The B&B sells ski passes, which are cheaper than booking on the Prince Hotel website. If you don’t have early bird tickets, you can buy them from the B&B.Although the nearest hot springs can only be reached by car or taxi, there is a bathtub in the room, which is a great relief for those who have just finished skiing!The nearest Lawson is within a 10-minute walk, and if you’re tired of eating, there’s Seicomart an extra three minutes’ walk away! There are also many restaurants nearby so you don’t have to worry about running out of food. The B&B also has a microwave to heat the food you bought!The biggest advantage is that the boss and his wife are very kind, just like their friends, and they feel very warm even if they are traveling alone. Breakfast is hand-made by the landlady every morning. It shows that you eat it carefully and it is very delicious! For future trips to Furano, there is no other choice for accommodation.A perfect staying experience in Furano. The room is big and clean! You can tell to owner to change the towel and throw the room garbage if you need. Both of owner can speak English fluently.It takes almost 7-10 minutes walking from the hotel to Kitanomine ski resort. There are free shuttle from hotel to ski resort every day, and the time is 8:15 and 8:45. You can reserve it previous night. And you can buy the lift ticket in AIR FURANO, the price is cheaper than the ski resort.There are convenient stores and restaurants around the accommodation. You don’t need to worry about the food at night.The AIR FURANO owners Gareth and Rika are so nice. The service is awesome. And also you can feel warm when you chat with them even you travel alone.There are no other accommodation options when I go to furano again.The place is private and the park is the best.部屋はとても広くてきれいでした. The hostess is friendly and friendly, and the food is delicious. The second time is Furano's trip, and the absolute one is once parked.

We had a really wonderful stay with Gareth & Rika. Both were incredibly welcoming, helped us with recommendations and we shared lots of adventure anecdotes (over a glass of sake).The rooms were comfortable and spotless, accompanied with a delicious home cooked breakfast each morning (they even accommodated our English tea habits!)Wouldn’t hesitate to book Air Furano again, best place we stayed in Japan!

Stayed in January 2024 for five nights with my college aged son. Beautiful new inn/lodge run by a fantastic couple. Make sure to enjoy Rika's fantastic breakfast and her local knowledge and be lucky to ski/board with Gareth at Furano or another local hill.Their combined local knowledge and lovely hospitality make it a great choice to stay.We are looking forward to a summer visit to go on one of Gareth's bike tours.
