What a fantastic concept. Didn’t really know what to expect as the rooms are container trailers (new). Some with parking outside or very close by. …

Firstly the location is very convenient you have a grocery store and a 7 eleven super close that gives you a variety of things to eat around the hotel. It is true it is a bit far from the canal but it is still within walking distance. The price for the hotel and for how clean and what you get is really worth it. I strongly recommend it!The room are clean, AC is super cool so you don’t need to worry about being hot. The toilet is super clean too! And more spacious than i had though .

As good as dorm-style accommodation gets. Despite the affordable price, this place is very new, modern, clean, and tidy. The rooms have 6 beds and a common area, which includes a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, sinks, toilet, and shower. There are no other cooking facilities, but there is a 711 very close by. The bus and train station is about a 15 minute walk. There are a few vending machines for food and drink on site, and a laundry room (but I couldn't work out how to use the machines). There are free toiletries and instant tea and coffee.I stayed here for 5 nights. The common area is cleaned daily, and your sheets are changed every 4th night. When booking, you will receive a QR code for self check-in. I didn't interact with any staff the whole time I was here!

Although the location is close to the tourist area, it is located on a hill, so even if you drive by car, you will need to press the accelerator deeply. Even after drinking dinner and returning to the hotel, I was out of breath. I think the cost performance is good. There are many rooms where you can park your car in front of the room, making it convenient to load and unload your luggage.Check-in and check-out are also unmanned. If you need amenities, coffee, etc., there is a system where you can pick them up. It is ideal for those who want to use it without meeting other people.

A rare dog-friendly inn in Otaru.A renovated container accommodation with an emphasis on functionality, including unmanned check-in.It had only recently opened, so it was very clean and comfortable.Honestly speaking, it's a little small for two people. It's a hilly area, so going up and down on foot might be difficult. Be careful when driving, the road next to the 7-Eleven is still a gentle slope.Especially recommended for solo travelers who want to stay in a reasonably priced and clean place.

My husband and I stayed here during a trip to Hokkaido. I wanted to stay at a container hotel, so I was very impressed. You can stay unattended from beginning to end without meeting the hotel staff. It feels like it's cutting edge. Apparently there are rooms where you can stay with your pet. The room we stayed in was a good size room with two beds. The bath was also a unit bath, but it felt spacious. I'm a little concerned about the surrounding noise. Is it more the sound of the equipment in the room? I was concerned about that because the mechanical noises were occurring regularly. Sensitive people may not be able to sleep. The location is on the top of a hill, so it's a little difficult to climb up and down, but I thought it was a good hotel. This is a hotel I would like to use again.

There is a smoking room, so I took advantage of it.When it rains heavily in the middle of the night, it turns into a container! There are no May flies on the nostalgic tin roof, but I guess it's a little tough when you fall asleep.Access by car: 2 roadsBoth roads have bad road surfaces. We do not recommend using this service in low-height vehicles. Please be sure to stop once in the vicinity!Minipats are secretly controlling the situation. Please be careful.

I stayed with my dog. It's scary going up and down the stairs. However, the guard at the entrance was helpful for those with dogs. There is a dog runClosed in winterThe floor is so cold that it can be a pain in the middle of winter. The floor is slippery for pets, so I hope they fix it.Equipped with air conditioning for easy temperature controlThere is only one chair in the twin room, so you will have to find some way to buy food and eat it.Double room has 2 chairsWe recommend those with a mini kitchen. There are quite a few pet supplies, but the seat frame was too small even for a small dog.I couldn't use the folding leg-up type because I couldn't raise the legs, so I only used the seat. The unit bath was as easy to use as a normal hotel.Since it is unmanned, it is better to check in advance about check-in and unlocking.I went there after checking, but I was still a little confused. The location is surrounded by many hills, so I feel worried about cars unless they have a 4-frame vehicle, especially in the winter. There are amenities and vending machines in the front building, so it's simple and suitable for people who have enough. There is a convenience store and a supermarket at the bottom of the hill, but I felt more comfortable if I stopped at a supermarket beforehand.

The room is spacious and clean. It's a unit bath with an integrated bath and toilet, so I don't have any complaints about the facilities, but the toilet bowl is small😣I think it's for children. It would be impossible for large people.A hotel like this? (This is a motel, isn't it?) It is often said that people who stay at a motel are like friends. Even after midnight, there were loud voices outside. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, and my lack of sleep made me feel depressed. The service differs greatly from that of a hotel in that there is no staff on site. If there were staff, they would probably be careful not to make noise during the night, but they aren't always there so you just have to be patient 😭(I've gotten used to foreigners being noisy, or rather, I've given up on it, but the Japanese guests at this motel are noisy.)I guess people like that (what kind of people?) naturally gather around trailer houses.
